Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement of RCC works including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position, binding with wire etc TMT Fe-500 steel,complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with 20% Plum

Plinth filling with available excavated material in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth ,consolidating each layer ,lead upo 50mtr and lift upto 1.5mtr

centering and shuttering including removal of formwork complete

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete size of tiles 600x600 mm all complete

Structural steel work welded up in built up sections fabricated of M.S pipe trusses, purlins, columns angles, railings including cutting hoisting fixing in position and appling a priming coat of approved steel primer complete including form work eves boarding, soffit MS sheet 1mm thick for soffit eves boarding.
