CERTAIN E/M PROVISION, SPECIAL REPAIR WORKS AND CONNECTED WORK AT ZEPHER T JUNCTION TO ANCOM AND NRV GE HADDO, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M deep and 1.5 M width and getting out in soft or loose soil for foundation of poles (or) cable laying complete all as specified and directed

Removing/excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming layers not exc 25 M for cable laying complete all as specified and directed

Precast cement concrete (PCC) type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate stone for making copings including use and waste of form work complete etc. complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing light fittings complete with brackets, GI/MS pipes, mounting accessories, disconnecting electrical connections, dismantling and removing unserviceable RCC poles of any height including excavation, breaking of foundation, removal of concrete, disposal of dismantled materials and unserviceable debris from site to the authorised dumping yard as directed, making good the disturbed surface complete, all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation of 7 Mtr high hot dip galvanized iron Octogonal pole 3.0mm wall thickness, with bottom size 130 mm diameter, top size 70mm diameter with 3mm thick base plate of size 200x200x12 mm, pole fabricating out of medium grade tapered pole octagonal cross section and shall be continuosly tapered with single longitudinal conforming to BSEN 100 25/100 27 with base plate Fe 410 conforming to IS 2062 of suitable thickness with provision of 4 Nos 16mm dia , 600mm long foundation bolts. The pole shall be galvanized as per IS 4759/BSEN1461 standards/housing with aluminum busbar, inbuilt junction box, complete end termination, including single luminary hallow single bracket / arm 42mm diameter, 2.6mm thick, 1 Meter long, with grouting of base plate in concrete foundation 1:2:4 concrete including excavation, earth work, refilling etc RCC foundation as recommended by OEM, pole Nos shall be marked on each pole with synthetic enamel paint with black backround complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Every pole shall be prewired from Junction box to fixture with 1.5 Sqmm 3 core copper conductor sheathed wire for Phase, neutral and Earth and necessary suitable arrangement for mounting fitting on pole). (ii) Quoted rate shall include including 01 No MCB SP 6 Amp and 32 Amp Connector 3 ph,3core 1.5sqmm cable, Earth work and nessary excavation i.e reinforcement,holding down bolts, nuts, washer of suitable size etc complete as per manufactures instructions. (iii) Provision of light fittings shall be measured and paid seperately here-in-after. (iv) Contractor shall submit Drawings of Octoganal Poles&its foundation for approval of GE. (v) Rate of RCC foundation shall deemed to be inluded in quoted rate .
