The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment(s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of any of the total item required in any one of the last 3 years (i.e., 2021-22 to 2023-24) to any Govt. institutions.

Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided (i) the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and (ii) the tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 80% of the quantity required which is similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months on the date of tender opening.

The tenderer should furnish the documents for manufacturer/Authorized dealership

Tenderer firm/company should not be blacklisted by any government organization. The Tenderer shall furnish an Affidavit for not having Black Listed earlier by the Firm/Company represented by its Proprietor/Partners/Directors/Chairman/Managing Director/Office Bearers in the Business Transactions of any Government / Semi-Government/ Government Undertaking/ Public Sector Organizations/ any other Departments.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last 3 years (i.e., 2019-20 to 2023-24) achieved in at least two financial years (continuous period of 12 months) a minimum financial turnover of Rs.3.06 Lakhs. As documentary evidence the tenderer should furnish copies of Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by The Chartered Account with UDIN number.
