Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing of 15mm bore and connections, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instruction, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately).

Supply only water proofing compound approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm to 8mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing of 15mm dia medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walIs and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat primer , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore fancy type chromium plated, concealed stop valves ,cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil distemper emulsion(Ist quality) of approved manufacturer over a coat of priming paint over, complete all as specified and directed

Cutting chases, pinning to facings where required and pointing for concealed water tubing etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth and making good surfaces with cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F single pole and Neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 4 Sqmm, single core PVC insulated PVC unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade laid/drawn through & including PVC casing and capping in walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeve/dash fastener with cadmium plated iron screws all as per ISI including sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting, fittings like switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top covers concealed in walls etc including 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable as continuous earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly of following including taking down of old one :- (a) outlet. 15 amps,independent,with cables 4 sq.mm size point controlled by one, one way switch. Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Outdoor type, floor mounted step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 500 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural Air Natural, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at + 2.5% & + 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius. The transformer shall bearing IS Mark of IS-1180 part 1 :2014 Level-2 (As per latest amendments of BEE/IS specifications) and BEE certified complete with all standard fittings and accessories gauges,and shall comprise of the following complete all as specified and ditected. (a) Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete with copper rods, nuts and washers. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of incoming/outgoing cable for HT/LT side complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve lug, Four plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One No 100 mm dia , dial type thermometer , vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsiusn with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temparature indicator with resisting.

Item No 32.00 contd......... (g) Two earthing terminals on tank to facilitate fixing of 50 x 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.
