Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 18mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound , laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams , lintels , columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades / balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement , all complete - Upto and including 12mm dia

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturers into cracks / honey-comb area of concrete / masonry by suitable gun / pump at required pressure including cutting of Nipples after curing etc comlete (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected) - Epoxy injection grout in concrete / RCC work of approved make

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia .M.S.tube 1.5m centre to centre , horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S.tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S.staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicically, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.)

Reinforced cement conci ete work in beams, suspended floors roofs having slope up to 15degree landings, balconies, shelves chajas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluing the cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded sione aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Finishing walls with Premium Apex ultima of required shade new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Itr/ 10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cenient paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm.

Providing Spriral staircase with precast radial steps of Trapezoidal Shape with rise of 75cmx3 5cm x22 cm and hallow circular rings 22cm depth 34cm internal dia and 45cm external dia RCC 1:1.5:3 including finishing the exposed surface with cm 1:3 6mm thick. The hallow space of the ring should te filled with RCC 1:1.5:3 the hand rail shall be 100cm Height 7.5 cm thick in RCC finished 1:1.5:3 with chicken mesh. The exposed surface of the steps shall be finished with Apex ultima paint of two or more coats including with priming coat. The cost including shuttering, scoffolding and curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement, landing slab and connecting beamwhich will be seperately and all as per Engineer in charge.
