M&L for Sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying & 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of 18 CM will be measured and paid for.

Supply and lay of factory made, machine pressed, unreinforced, pre-cast concrete cable cover class LV type-1 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate block masonry with solid block, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete for coping of pole including necessary from work and fair finish to the exposed surface area without using extra cement complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete 1:2:4 type B2 with using 40mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for construction of platform for installation of transformer of size all as shown in Drawing No CELZ-TD-02-2022-PLATFORM FOR TRANSFORMER UPTO 300 KVA, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for chain link fencing around PCC platform for 200 KVA transformer of size 6m x 6m x 1.8m including 40 x 40 x 6mm angle iron @ 2 mtr centre to centre post embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 foundation of size 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.45m including angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm at corner support with necessary foundation and filling aggregate of 40mm to 63mm size of spread thickness 100mm all around the platform along with entrance gate of size 1.5m wide and height same as fencing complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, lay & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 120 sq mm complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) including drilling of necessary holes, & painting complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Cost of painting & numbering on poles i.e. making five no. alternative white & black strips 30 cm height each (up to 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping & numbering to the poles with synthetic enamel paint etc shall be deemed to be included in the rates of above items. (ii) Earthwork, PCC foundation & coping shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule A

Supply and fix of air break switch gang operated (GOD) triple pole with drop out fuses mechanically operated, mounted on insulators 15 Nos & steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of GI pipe 25mm & medium grade with necessary clamps to be operated from ground level 11000 Volts grade working pressures and current up to 200 Amps complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, 30 kilo amp discharge capacity, distribution class Make- AREVA / ALSTHOM or equivalent makes suitable for 11 KV HT over head network including necessary connections with HT over head lines complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing END TERMINATION JOINT for 11KV grade cable for End termination joint complete with Jointing material (Heat shrinkable)and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size up to 120 sq mm complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connected to and including Gi iron strip of size 32x6 mm flat by means of Gi bolts, nuts, and washers, protected by 40mm bore Gl light grade ISI marked pipe up to and including test points. Supply and fix HT 11 KV graded overhead conductor squirrel type on 11 metre long Pole, ncluding binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etccomplete all as specified and/or directed.

Supply and fix Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and/or directed.

M&L of ACSR conductor any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix of cross arms bracing support clamps, back plates fabricated from steel section made out of Fe-0-310/Fe-0-410 including nuts, bolts and washers welding, drilling hole complete with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix of pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC Spacer 2/4 way for LT over head line 1100 V complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged street light poles complete with pole arms 1.2 m & cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 9.0 mtr long and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer on exposed surface of pole complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( NOTE- Excavation & PCC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix LED Street light fitting 70 watt with IP 66 protection comprises of a pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistance toughened glass/Polycarbonate, LED lenses, surge protector, BIS electronic driver, etc and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up with PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1.5 Sq mm, 3 core as required for connections and 40 mm bore light grade G. I. tube mounting bracket of 1.5 metre in length, etc complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
