Supply of Star-1 Aluminum Winding 25kVA Distribution Transformers to CESC Pandavapura Division

2)The Bidder should have minimum 5 years of experience in Design, Manufacturing, testing and supply of 25/63/100kVA Distribution Transformers as on the date of bid submission

9.The Annual Financial Turnover of the Tenderer should not be less than the 80% of amount put to tender (However it will be 40% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises) during any one of the last 3 preceding financial years ( 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)

The Liquid Assets as on the date of paper notification or at a later date before submission of the bid consisting of Cash at Bank Term Deposits availability of fund based credit facility in any Nationalized Scheduled Bank shall not be less than 25 PERCENT of the amount put to tender

1)The Bidder should be Company Registered under Companies Act/ Partnership Act and should have been in the business of Manufacturing, Testing and supply of Distribution Transformers for minimum of 5 years located in Karnataka

3)The Bidder shall possess BEE & BIS valid certificates issued by the Govt of India for Manufacture of Distribution Transformers as per specified standards

a.The Bidder should have manufactured and supplied not less than 100% of the tendered quantity (However it will be 50% for Micro and Small Enterprises) of Distribution Transformers of 25kVA/ 63kVA/ 100kVA (Star 1 & Star 2) in the financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 put together as on the date of bid submission to any ESCOMs/to any Electric utility/ Govt. organizations in Karnataka

b.5% of the tendered quantity is reserved as TRIAL ORDER for bidder located in CESC jurisdiction who has supplied 50% of the Tendered Quantity of 25kVA Distribution Transformers (Star1/Star2) to Total/Partial Turnkey contractors in any ESCOMS in Karnataka during financial year 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 put together as on the date of bid submission

5)The Bidder should furnish performance certificate for satisfactory operation of Distribution Transformer of tendered type (Star1/Star 2) for at least one year

6)The Bidder should furnish test certificates for Type Test conducted as per IS/IEC standards at Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) / Electrical Research and Development Association(ERDA), to ascertain the quality of the Distribution Transformer of tendered type

7)The Bidder must not have DEFAULTED in supplies against Purchase Orders placed by any Electrical Utility /PSU/GOVT. Departments

8)The Bidder should upload a declaration stating that the firm has not been BLACKLISTED in supplies against Purchase Orders placed by any Electrical Utility / PSU / GOVT Departments as on the date of bid submission

A certificate for having read the clauses is required to be submitted/ uploaded by the tenderer separately in the GIVEN format

The Bidder shall be required to indicate percentage of local content and provide selfcertification that the item offered meets the local content requirement for ClassI local supplier ClassII local supplier as the case may be. The Bidder shall also give details of the location(s) at which the local value addition is made

The bidder shall upload GTPs failing which the bid document is liable for rejection

11.Any Bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the Bidder is registered with the Competent Authority
