| 2 | Dismantling the washer extractor of approximately 2000 kg weight with the help of fork lift crane and heavy labour from Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital to workshop and servicing overhauling replacement augmentation of following spare parts and refixing the same with the help of fork lift crane etc.
a) Replacement of NU2224 bearing inner and outer, 6220 zz bearing with silicon oil seals set.
b) Repairing of bearing housing
c) Replacement of MS Main Shaft.
d) Repairing of main cage, straighten blancing
e) Oil seal for bearing housing 2 Nos.
f) Silicon gasket for front main cage.
