Material & labour for cleaning the water softener 55000 LPH quartely from authorised rep by checking the hardness of water and dewatering the brine tank removing the silt and scrubbing the tank , checking the tightnesss of all valves and seal ,opening the softener tank,back washing, fast rinse ,descaling the surfaces and resin with with measured dose of resin cleanasing agent, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fixing water level indicator sensor based ,water level shown at intervals of 10%,that is 40-50%,70-80% (for water level low/high),charts for water used,received etc for suitable for a depth of sump/tank height less than 3 Mtr(10ft) and the equipment includes level sensor, wireless transmission unit, battery back up and other accessories such as fitting of solar panel,necessary electric connection to sensor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for installing Water App gateway it includes lot sim, transmitter & reciever unit,battery backup and other acessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Decoupling, disconnecting suction line and discharge line taking down from foundation bolts, dismounting from base channels strip opening all parts, derusting, cleaning, overhualing comprising of repairs/replacement of unserviceable parts of pump sets. Reassembling of pump set mounting and fixing on base channel, recoupling of suction & discharge line re-alignment commissioning and testing in respect of centrifugal/multistage pump of capacity 20/30 HP, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electric connection of size upto 30 HP motor, removing the UNSV motor from existing place by unscrewing the foundation bolts and nuts decoupling from the pump, setting aside and transporting to workshop for repairs including dismantling the motor,cutting/taking out burnt winding of stator, rotor, cleaning the slots, transporting back after repair/winding & re-assembling the same. Cost of loading, unloading & transportation shall be deemed included in the quoted rates, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Winding of motor stator & rotor shall be measured & paid separately (ii) Transportation of the same to be included in the quoted rate.

Removing the burnt out winding from the rotor and stator, cleaning the slots, providing high quality of class 'B' paper insulation inside the slots, rewinding the motor of capacity 100/75/60/50/40/30/25/20/15/12/10/7.5/5HP/3HP with super enamel copper wire of same size and guage as per existing rapping up with high quality cotton tape and varnising with super quality oil including drying upto desired temperature and desired time, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of labour for winding deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Make : Atlas/Devi Dayal or equivalent make.
