Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres:-Chiselling/wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited. Hard rock

Providing and fixing Rock anchors 25mm dia 3 to 5m long into rock/ concrete including drilling the holes and grouting complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Rock anchors to be measured and paid separately)

Providing Mild steel/ Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending and placing in position complete upto floor two level: Tor steel.

Extra for additional lift of concrete for all RCC work above floor two level : 1% rate of C.C. work from plinth level to floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm th welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give smooth finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, hight of proping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding concrete and plain concrete work in: Foundation, footing basis of columns etc and mass concrete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after.The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with racings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete e/x the cost of form work. Walls including attached buttresses pilasters and their caps and bases string courses etc. Upto floor two level.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and trusses applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coats on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters:- With enamel paint other than white.
