M & L for 40 mm thick Cement Concrete M-15 Nominal Mix (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in damp proof course (DPC) to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary form work and mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: - water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm X 200 mm X 7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces and as skirting, dados and rises to steps etc. over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 12 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smoth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
