M&L for opening the MCB DB/VTPN DB front doors and carrying out repairs, replacing of burnt wires and testing complete, including replacing of burnt cable lugs, identification of faulty MCB etc. Note: (i) The rep of contractor ( Supervisor- 1 Nos, Skilled electrician- 01 Nos, Helper- 01 No Shall report to Engr-In-Charge/ JE and carry out repairs on daily basis during contract period. (ii) MCCB/ MCB required to replace shall be paid in respective item of this schedule. (iii) Minor spares such as connectors, wires, lugs are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Note for Item No.1 to 45 : The contractor shall depute atleast 2 electrician and 2 helper for Viman Nagar/Chandan nagar Area and 1 electrician and 1 helper for Akash Nagar/509 Area on daily basis for rectification of complaints, he/she shall ensure sufficient store is available at contractors end for rectification of complaint the same day. He shall submit daily feedback to JE or Power house incharge regarding each complaint. Contractor shall depute additional manpower if No. of complaint increases or direction from Engr-In-Charge is recieved for same. If contractor fails to deploy stipulated manpower for two consecutive working days that a penal recovery of Rs. 1000.00 per day shall be recovered from contractor from first day of absent.

Note for item No.12 To 20 :- The Switch, socket, holder, bell push call bell, etc shall be fixed in point wiring as well as on complaint basis and cost of opening switch board, replacing the switch, socket etc and refixing in original position is included in quoted rate of respective items
