Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen VG-10 at rate of 5 kg per 10 sq meters of road surface complete all as directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam mixed with paving bitumen 4% (by weight of total mix) binder content mixed in hot mix plant ,transported to site on tipper,(VG-30) laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and chamber (consolidated thickness n.exc 75 mm) with mechanical paver and 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% of binder contents paving bitumen (VG-30 ) by weight of total mixed in hot mix plant, transported to site on tippers and laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and applying thermoplastic paint for making traffic lines,dashes,arrow,letters etc with white or golden colour appex 2.0mm thick having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces including straight portion ,curve portion etc in any position confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as directed.

S&F road stud reflective type of metal body alloy with PAMA strip lens reflector with MS stud of suitable size fixed with adhesive as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as directed.Make: Model No DA-972 of Dark Eye or equivalent of 3M/Sun Eyez/ M/s Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd / M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd.

Demolition of Brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work using sub class B bricks ,designation 75 straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as directed.

Ditto as per item above but except bricks. Note: Bricks obtained from demolition of bricks shall be used.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) on wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Cement concrete in surface channels and drains, complete all as directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) 100 mm thick as in Sub-base of floor complete all as directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade laid over sand cushioning complete all as directed.

M &L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throathing and including necessary form work complete all as directed.

M & L preparation of new surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as directed.

Demoltion of RCC in any description and in any position complete all as directed.

S&F 10mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bend to shape as required including crancking ends and binding with MS wire (amealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 300mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete all as directed.
