Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder, sketch fitting, sockets, regulator etc and making good distrubed surfaces of walls and floors etc to match with the existing all as specifided and directed.

Taking down MCB isolators sheet metal enclosure, main switch, DB, etc and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces.

Taking down carefully submain wiring/ service connection of any type complete with casing caping / conduit etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concealed Point wiring for one light point controlled by one way one switch (using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding) complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked) drawn through and including PVC conduit 20mm dia (medium duty, ISI marked) with all fittings and all accessories i.e. pipe bend, pipe hook, elbow, junction boxes etc., including Pressed steel powder coated sunken terminal box suitable for modular switch socket (Min 50mm deep and 1.6mm thick sheet, suitable size ) concealed in wall, including inner and outer plates (cover plate) suitable for fixing the modular switch, including cutting chases in wall and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floors etc. by using CM (1:3), including fixing of switches complete all as specified and as directed. (switches shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ).

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in repair cable XLPE insulated screened meter PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power calbes (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil for foundation/ cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 Sqm in depth all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Note:- Contractor will submit all the old unserviceable item retrived from above mentioned schedule of item to MES store yard. Transportation charges for the same is responsibility of contractor and no extra payment shall be made on this account
