Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. ii ) For Grading II Material (including all lead and lift upto site)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) With hydrated lime/cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (B) With Polymer modified bitumen 70 (ii) for Grading-II(19 mm nominal size) (including all lead and lift upto site)

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 13.111.1 Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 13.99.1 One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, andatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens ype reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 ii) 600mm equilateral triangle
