RequiredIII. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD. (As per performa at Page No. 19)

RequiredIV. Enlistment Order of Buildings and Roads category of CPWD Contractor.

RequiredV. GST registration Certificate or Undertaking

RequiredVI. Contractors contact Mobile number and E mail ID on a separate sheet.

RequiredVIII. ERP training Certificate. (Note The enlisted contractor will not be allowed to participate in the tendering process without uploading the certificate of ERP training w.e.f. 01.07.2024.)

RequiredIX. An undertaking that confirms I/We has/have read GENERAL CONDITIONS OF OUTSOURCING (S.No. 46 and 53 at Page No. 28 to 29) and Minimum Quality Assurance Plan S.No. 4 and 5 at Page-41).

RequiredX. I /We undertake that I/we have read the NIT thoroughly especially T and P Items (at Page No. 54) to be maintained at site through out the execution period.
