Supply,Installation testing & commisioning of factory assembled & coupled silent diesel engine generating set as per latest CPCB emission norms, AC, complete to give an output of 30 KVA at 415 volts, 50 Cycle per second 3 Phase, 4 wire supply with power factor 0.8 diesel engine with CPCB4+ Norm as per IS 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS 13364 and dully mounted on common base,frame complete with relay panel and switch gear for automatic starting on main failure control panel along with by pass arrangement with cabling system and including having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB 4+ norm and foundation work,fuel tank including accesories and components as specified below:- (a) Diesel driven Engine 30 KVA with multi cyclinder, vertical, 4 Stroke cycle,water cooled,diesel engine of approved make suitable to develope matching at 1500RPM as per IS-10001/10002, capable of taking 10% over load for any one hour in any 12 hrs running complete with including following accesories:- (i) Heavy duty fly wheel and fly wheel housing complete with starting gear ring and to suit flexible coupling duly covered with mud guard (ii) Air Cleaner (iii) Radiator with cooling fan and gauge (iv) Fuel Injector Pump (v) Water temperature gauge (vi) Fuel Filter (vii) Microprocessor automatic controlled governor (viii) Complete set of batteries with lead & lugs as recommended by manufactures (ix) Lubricant oil cooler (x) Lubricant oil Pump (xi) Lubricant oil filter (xii) Oil pressur gauge (xiii) Any Other parts as prescribed by manufacturer for making it functional. (xiv) Dynamo of suitable capacity

(xv) MS channel fabricated frame rigidly welded suitable for having the diesel engine and alternator engine and anti vibration pads (xvi) Coupling guard (xvii) Exhaust pipe including residential silencor and neccesary insulation. (xviii) Fuel tank for 10 hrs requirement at full load with inlet and outlet connection,filling cap,drain valve,air vent. (xix) Multi Function meter (xx) Self Starter of suitable size (xxi) Integral-accoustic enclosure to control noise limit as specified by central pollution board & manufactured by company or authorised OEM of company . (xxii) Battery 12 Volts as per OEM. (xxiii) Alternator 30 KVA at 0.8PF with self excited self regulated 3 phase,50HZ 415 Volts,1500 RPM 4 wire alternator screen protected drip proof free from commutation problem continuous rating as per IS-13364 complete with microprocessor controlled automatic voltage regulator output voltage regulated between 1% of set volts form NO load to full load. (xxiv) DG set contol panel with multifunctional/digital meter for monitoring Engine RPM,Engine temp,Oil Pressure, Hrs run,KW,KWH,KVA,PF,Line load 3 Phase line to line,load line (RYB) to Neutral , voltage 3phase line to line voltage 1Phase line (RYB) to neutral DG Set panel should have the safety ,indicator and audio alarm for high/low oil pressure,High engine temperature,Engine over speed, low frequency,low fuel level.

(b) PCC foundation of suitable size as recommended by OEM. Note :- Neccesary excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, grouting foundtaion etc deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) Testing of DG set incl testing material like diesel etc shall be provided by contractor and testing report will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. (d) Manufacture maintenance & operation manual of Gen Set -01 Set to be supplied. (e) AMF panel factory made cubilcal automatic mains failure panel suitable for 30 KVA DG set made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated painting complete with having relay panel and switch gear for automatic starting on main failure control panel along with bypass araangement with cabling system and suitable rated bus internal wiring provn for connection of XLPE,UG cable as incoming and outgoing angle iron base with & including following accesories:- (i) Master switch for auto manual/reset/off - 01 (ii) Volt meter digital type (iii) Ammeter digital type with CTs - 01 no (iv) Frequency meter digital type - 01 no (v) Set of relays and connectors with and including incoming and outgoing 02 Nos MCCB 100 Amps 4Pole 50KA adjustable type movable thermostate for automatic start and automatic shutdown DG set - 01 No (vi) Push button start stop and reset -01 no (vii) Set of lamp for indicating load on set,low oil pressure,high cylender temperature load on mains sets fails to start. (viii) Battery charger with suitable wiring and battery charging indicator, DC Volt meter.

Labour for Disconnecting carefully all electric connection (HT and LT Side) and dismantling Old unserviceable Transformer capacity upto 63 KVA from pre-existing foundation complete with LT Feeder Panel, cables and transporting to AGE E/M Rajokri Store Yard for installation/ commissioning of new transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of transportation shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of transformer stepdown indoor naturally cooled VECTOR group Dyn-11 double copper wound 11 KV/433 volts,AC 3 phase 50 cycle 4 wire system of capacity 63 KVA off circuit tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage upto level + 7.5% voltas in three step 2.5% each complete or as per manufacturer desing with standard accessories of fitment all as per IS 2026 digital type thermometer with max temp indicator conventional oil level indicator drain valve for filteration of oil sillaca gel breather explosion vent buchholtz realys etc with first fill of transformer oil and complete with necesary civil work for foundation as per manufacture recommendation complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (a) The transformer shall be provided with cable box on both HT and LT side. (b) PCC foundation of suitable size as recommended by OEM to be included in the unit rate. (c) Neccesary excavation & earth work, sand cushioning grouting foundtaion etc deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of char coal dust and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI light grade with funnel, wire mesh and 40 mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including excavation, earth work concrete pit with 80mm thick RCC cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly reinforced with MS bars 8mm dia @ 150C/C both ways and pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with 2 Nos suitable lifting handles of 12mm MS bar incl taking out old u/s existing earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE HT insulated, PVC outer sheathed, galvanised steel strips armoured, heavy duty power cable with aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 11000 Volts grade earthed system of size 3 core x 50 Sqmm and laid in trenches/ducts/pipe or on poles including taking out old u/s existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE LT insulated, PVC outer sheathed, galvanised steel strips armoured, heavy duty power cable with aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1100 Volts grade earthed system and conforming to IS : 7098 of 1995 and of size 3.5core x 70 Sqmm and laid in trenches/ducts/pipe or on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE LT insulated, PVC outer sheathed, galvanised steel strips armoured, heavy duty power cable with aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1100 Volts grade earthed system and conforming to IS : 7098 of 1995 and of size 3.5core x 50 Sqmm and laid in trenches/ducts/pipe or on poles including taking out old u/s existing cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in loose/soft soil and getting out soil all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
