Cutting/ Dismantling/ re-fixing of 450 mm dia M.S. casing pipe with Electric / gas welding / grinding including necessary T & P, lifting and placing clear of the working site complete as per site requirement (Job work) in open area for re- alignment of Zig zag laid existing pipe line.
Cutting/ Dismantling/ pulling out of casing pipe of 450 mm dia M.S. pipe from within Casing pipe 800mm dia with Electric / gas welding / grinding including necessary T & P/ Hydra machine ,lifting and placing clear of the working site complete as per site requirements (Job work)
Supply of 450 mm i/d M.S. pipe with 10 mm thickness and 200mm micron food grade epoxy paint inside and outside 200micron bituminous coat including carriage ,loading , unloading stacking handing, re-handling etc. complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
Supply of 450 mm i/d M.S. bends of all size and shapes with 10 mm thickness and 200 mm micron mi food grade epoxy paint inside and outside 200micron bituminous coat suitable for fixing with 450mm dia. M.S. pipe including carriage ,loading unloading stacking handing, re-handling etc. complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge
Lowering / fixing, jointing of 450 mm i/d M.s pipe in trenches for all depths and pushing the same in already laid 800 mm i/d casing pipe under road with Hydraulic pipe jacking machine to the correct alignment and gradients with all apparatuses including all cutting, fixing ,jointing by welding and T & P required complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in-charge
Lowering / fixing, jointing of 450 mm i/d M.s bends and specials in trenches for all depths to the correct alignment and gradients with all apparatuses including all cutting, and fixing the same with 450 mm i/d M.S. pipe by welding complete. The item includes welding machine, D.G. set diesel and all other T& P required to complete there to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in-charge
Hiring charges of de watering pump with 3 cylinder tractor with driver, diesel, T & P complete as required at site
Providing Necessary barricading with Ballies, Bamboos, caution tape and iron sheets to isolate the working site from easy approach of public and to avoid any mishaps including watch man for night watching
Making inter connection of 450 i/d MS pipe line with existing pipe line of MS /DI pipe by breaking/cutting of existing MS/ DI pipe line, de-watering ,MS socket and spigot suitable fixing of MS pipes with DI pipes and all other required contingent materials there to
Extra for unforeseen items / Mis-happening/accident if occur as the site is closed to national H i-way and very busy road( to be paid only if any accident occurs
