Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of compressed medical air system with new Air compressors - 02 Nos. (one working and one standby) along with allied works and chemical earthing – 2nos for supply of Medical Air at Govt. SMGS Hospital Jammu. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of compressed medical air system with new Air compressors - 02 Nos. (one working and one standby) along with allied electrical works for supply of Medical Air at Govt. SMGS Hospital Jammu by way of dismantling of old/unserviceable medical air compressor system of Anest-Iwata make. The job includes SITC of two nos. two stage, Oil free, air cooled and base-mounted Reciprocating Medical Air Compressors of make Ingersoll Rand/Anest Iwata/Chicago Pneumatic/Atlas Copco or equivalent make with Piston Displacement not less than 110 CFM at 10 bar per compressor at an altitude of 1080 ft. The whole system should be fabricated as per the requirement of health technical memorandum 2022. The compressors should be compatible with latest safety and medical standard of given pressure and connected to existing Air receiver Tank. The compressor should be driven by 3 phase 415V electric motor(TEFC), 15 HP or as per OEM design. The air compressors should be supplied with 02 nos. Desiccant type Air dryer(preferable make Trident/Atlas Copco or equivalent make as per recommendations of OEM) of suitable capacity along with pre-filterfitted with auto drain trap and valveand bypass system compatible with the Air compressors and also have the provision of Bypassing with isolation valves and also have three stage Air filtration system 01 micron, 0.1 micron and 0.01 micron after dryers with auto drain trap and valves, Valves arid piping system of air dryers for duty cycles and uninterrupted servicing/maintenance and pressure gauges. The job further involves proper earthing of equipments (air compressors and dryers) with chemical earthing- 2nos along with required allied work. The Job also involves providing and installation of Air RegulatorsSystem as per direction of engineer-in-charge with Gauges (Pressure reducing System mounted on SS plate) 4 Kg/sq-cm²-02 Nos. regulators (01 in standby condition and 01 in working Condition) and similarly for 07 kg/cm² regulators (01 in standby condition and 01 in working Condition) The job also includes cost of material, labour charges of installation, all sort of civil worksrequired including foundations for both medical air compressors as per OEM recommendation or site requirement, electrical works required for running of installed system, copper piping, NRV's, all types of valves and pressure switches as per site requirement, interconnection of two existing Tankswith 54 mm copper piping along with fitting and tanks connections as required,providing and installation of Auto drain kit along with electric connections to each Tanks, transportation charges of material to the site, tools and tackles charges, all unforeseen items/jobs required for the successful completion of job and all kinds of taxes thereof.
