Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in kitchen platform, floors,aprons laid, bedded,pointing in any mortar etc complete all as directed.

M&L of Machine cut kota stone flooring 18-20 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing ( mirror finish) (Each stone not less than 55 cms x 55 cms) over 15mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:4) as in floor finished rough including roughening of existing surfaces by pick axicess and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 03 Kg/Sqm of surface.

Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning & removing debris to a distance exc 100 m n.exc.250m. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound @2% of cement over roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified Note:- WPC Mesured and Paid Separately.

Supplied only for Integral Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces,complete all as specified & directed.

Removing old tarfelt or polythene film including taking down plaster of sunken floor , roughening and cleaning by brushing with wire brush to remove all dirt and apply a coat of cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm and Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using WPC finished rough (sunken floor/wall) and then applying two course treatment as follow :-(i) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.40Kg/Sqm (ii) Laying APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified membrance 3mm thick and weighting not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with 100 GSM/Sqm non woven polyester mat as center core reinforcement, laid with 75 mm side over lap and 100mm end over lap. Removal of existing treatment and preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces or un-plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed .

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment (any number of layers) on walls scrapping with steel scrapper or any other means,including filling depression of scrapped surface ,priming plaster and other old surface with alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coat of cement base paint all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of old decorated surfaces of wall, pillasters,cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down and washing with water. after completion of precoat treatment apply two coats of Anti fungal weather coat acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer including 2-3mm thick wall care putty and including including necessary sacfolding, complete all as specified and directed. Make of Arcylic emulsion weather coat paint :- Asian (Apex Ultima) ,Berger (Super coat ) or ICI Dulux (weather shield) .Make of primer :- Asian (X2) or Equivalent . Note:- (a) Each stage i.e. preparation of surfaces, application of primer, application of first coat, application of second coat will be got passed from Engr-in -Charge.(b)Written Warranty for four years or as per manufacturer's instructions, whichever is more is required to be furnished by contractor for this item.
