SPL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF TRANSFORMER AGAINST BER INSTALLED AT PH No 02 AHRR UNDER GE EM RR HOSP

Taking shutdown, disconnecting all connections & lifting of old tansformer from existing plateform & shifted to MES store / a place whereas directed complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate is deemed to include rate of T&P and necessary manpower to shift transformer at a place whereas directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning out door type, floor mounted step down transformer, 11KV/ 433 Volts ( At no load) AC 3 ph, 50 Hz, present energy efficient level - 2 confirming to relevant IS (ISI maked and BEE Approved), capacity 500 KVA CRGO with M4 grade, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural- air -natural (ONAN), Class A insulation with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side( LV) in accordance with vector group Dyn- 11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having tappings +/- 5% at the step of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temprature rise should not exceed 40 degree C in oil and 45 degree C in HV /LV windings when measured by resistance method after countinuous full load run on an ambient temp of 50 degree C complete all as specified & directed and shall also comprises of the following:- (a) 01 cable box chamber on HV side ( primary) consisting of 03 Nos poreclin bushing with copper bus bar complete with nuts and washers, with 01 No cable gland suitable for XLPE HT cable. (b) 01 cable box chamber on LV side ( secondary) consisting of 04 Nos poreclin bushing with copper bus bar complete with nuts and washers, with 02 No cable gland suitable for XLPE LT cable. (c ) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain plug and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating brether with first fill of silica gel. (e) Explosive vent, thermameter pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, oil drain filter valve, lifting hucks, oil filling hole with cap/ plug with connection plate, Air release valve plug at four Nos plate, soil cast steel detachable rollers complete. (f) 01 No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree C with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperatre reading indicator with resetting device.

(g) 02 Nos earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm copper earth strip for earthing of body. Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (h) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for natural. (j) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, as per relevant IS, filtered and tested up to 60 KV die electric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes (make: savita / Power Oil). (k) Providing adequate size and Numbers of channels, embedded in flour, for movement of transformers. (l) Buchholtz relay complete with electric connection up to relay - 01 No (m) Provn of new platform with suitable working space for inspection as per manufacturer specification and drawing having load bearing power more than 4.5 ton or suitable for 500 KVA transformer including plastering & whitewash. This also including demolition of existing platform, returning, filling, leveling and ramming and removal of extra material. Note:- (i) The transformer should be designed and manufactured by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM ) only and drawing shall approved by GE before manufacturing of the same. (ii) OEM will stand warranty of 02 years for complete design, supply and inspection upto site service support.

M&L for taking down old U/S cable and Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sqmm x 3 Core in trench/ pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down old U/S cable and Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning new XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 400 sqmm x 3.5 Core in trench/ pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 4 here-in-before but XLPE insulated Aluminium cable of cross-sectional area 240 sqmm x 3.5 Core. Not for Item No. 3.00 to 5.00:- 1. The cost of AI thimbles / lugs/clamps/fastner and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover and Cable joints will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this sch.

M&L for jointing and testing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor type end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

Taking electric supply shutdown, disconnecting all electrical connection, taking down existing old / unservicable LT panel from its position incl all accessories and demolishing old plateform complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for alternate arrangment of LT Supply with suitable capacity of LT cables if uninterrupted power supply is required as and when directed by Engr-in-charge. No exrtra cost will be paid to the contractor on this account.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory made (CPRI approved) LT panel, outdoor type, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated, weather, dust & vermin proof, front and back openable door, with suitable size angle iron frame and locking arrangement including suitable working space in bus bar chamber, cable box chamber with cable alley suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415V, 50 Hz, AC supply, including minimum 1.5 times of main incomer rating aluminium bus bar with PVC sleeves/ tape RYB colours for phases identification, including all bus bar shall be extend upto cable box chamber fixed on fiber insulation for RYB & neutral to all out going cable and fixed on raised PCC platform with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) with control / internal wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable of suitable size. The scope of work includes the following (Loc- Near AHPS) :- Note:- (i) The LT panels should be designed and manufactured by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM ) only and drawing shall approved by GE before manufacturing of the same. (ii) OEM will stand warranty of 02 years for complete design, supply and inspection upto site service support. M&L in replacement of plate earthing complete with copper plate electrode 60cm×60cm ×3.15mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of clear coal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all sides and incl copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with nuts, bolts & check nuts) and revetted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipments etc, earth strip encased in and including 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate to body of equipment fixed with and including flat iron clamps,bolts, nuts and washer and also including 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth plate to ground level for watering complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation & earth work, etc as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate included for Adequate quantity of charcoal dust, common salt and Testing commissioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Rates for Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 metre will deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

All as per Ser Item No 10 here-in-before but with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick and connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead or copper earth strip 32x6mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth in soft / loose soil and getting out complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of fine dry sand before and after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying in replacement reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying laying, brick sub class 'B' common burnt laid in trenches for cable protection complete all specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Removal excavated material (soil) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for road cutting, including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, leveling well ramming in layers, soling with broken boulders/stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismentling the existing road, premix, carpeting 25 mm thick using ready mix patch mate material or with PCC, rolled and compacted for road patch repair work, complete all as directed.

S&F GI pipe of 100 mm nominal dia light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or under road crossing or fixed to walls/poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc and getting out complete all as specified & directed.

S&F pre-cast cement concrete chequered tile of size 30cm x 30cm x 22-25 mm thick, rubberized finished lacquer quoted anti abrasive material, set, jointed and pointed including screed bed and bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast & pre-polished coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 80 mm thick with grey cement & pigment of M-40 grade laid in path / hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and getting out complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articlescomplete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior grade weather proof paint over a coat of weather resistant acrylic primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Expanded metal weight per square metre not exceeding 4 Kg, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including taking down old wire mesh complete all as specified & directed. Note: MS frame /Angle work will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L in replacement for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, angle iron, flats and back plates fabricated from MS steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers of suitable sizes including welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including taking down old cross arms, angle iron, plates etc complete all as specified & directed.
