Providing, supplying and installing heavy-duty modular raised access flooring system of 150–200 mm finished floor height, comprising 600 × 600 mm removable high-density cementitious raised-floor panels, minimum 30 mm thick, with factory-applied minimum 2 mm thick homogeneous conductive/anti-static PVC/vinyl tile finish, supported on adjustable galvanized steel pedestal and stringer framing system. The framing shall comprise galvanized steel base plates, adjustable threaded pedestals with locking nuts and heads, and galvanized steel box/channel stringers forming a rigid 600 × 600 mm grid, securely anchored to the RCC slab and accurately levelled.
