Supply and fix in repairs steel tubular street light pole 6 mtr high with pure polyester coated having base plate 200x200x12mm thick bottom dia 114mm(OD)x3mm thk x 2mtr long, middle portion 88.9mm(OD) x 3mm thick x 2 Mtr long , top dia 76mm (OD) x 2.5mm thick x 2 Mtr long inbuilt junction box suitable for connection of 3.5 core cable of size upto 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core with SMI -05 Design single arm bracket of size 42mm (OD) x1 mtr long and 2mm thick with GI M16 x 600 mm foundation bolt & nut assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to GI Strip of size 32x6mm upto a length of 7.5 metre long by means of bolts,nuts, washers etc. and protected by GI pipe light grade 15 mm dia and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, back-fill with salt and charcoal, provision of test point including connected to earth test point and necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 bed and chamber RCC (1:2:4) type B1, iron grill including GI cover with hinge and funnel watering pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Earthing value should be less than 5 ohms. (b) If desired value of earth resistance not achieved during testing, the earthing work shall be redone by the contractor at free of cost to achieve the desire value of earthing resistance. The rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of the provision.

Supply and fix in repair LED street light fitting 72 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP-66 protection, CCT 5700K, lumen efficacy not less than 110 lumen/watts with auto on/off based on Lux sensitivity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for stay and coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surface finished smooth and even complete all as specified and directed.
