Pre and Post monsoon contract of civil work including repairs to rolling shutter,washroom upgradation and other misc. works at FSD Raipur,FSD Mandir Hasaud,FSD Rajim,FSD Bagbahara,FSD Mahasamund,FSD Tilda Old,FSD Tilda New,FSD Dhamtari and FSD Arjuni

Repairing, servicing & overhauling of rolling shutters/grilled shutters of all sizes including cleaning, greasing, oiling and tensioning of springs, welding and replacement of parts viz: springs, shafts, pully, laths, lock plates, guide channels etc.if and as required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The parts required to be replaced shall be supplied by the department seperately)

Supplying 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 for rolling shutters.

Plugging of roof leakages in godowns of GI sheet roofby providing and fixing silicon sealing compound, self drilling/self tapping screws of 5.5 x 55 mm with EPDM seal including removing exisitng water proofing mateials, if necessary, including providing necessary safety measures for the labours to work at higher elevation, ropes etc insurance coverage for labourers and required tools and plants, scaffolding etc complete greasing of turbo ventilators as per the directions of Engineer in charge. To be carried out without any delay and within 2 days from the date of receipt of notice to attend the work, throught the contract period. (Details of cost for 5000 MT capacity godown).

Providing and fixing pre-coated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm + 0.05 % total coated thickness, Zinc coating120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600 mm )

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge)including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design. In 75x75 deep chase.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of turbo-ventilators Size- 22" dia of stainless steel grade- 430 having approximate weight 4.85kg. The ventilator should have air absorption of 7km/hr, 2440 CFM with blade length 369mm, wings of 80mm, outer wing: 22"-24no.s, with Self-lubricating ball bearing etc. complete as per manufacturer specification and Stainless steel base plate etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cutting of existing pre-coated sheets.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Supply of skilled labours as and when required to carry out the work as directed by Engineer in charge complete.Skilled labour such as Carpenter, Fitter, Plumber etc.

Supply of unskilled labours as and when required to carry out the work as directed by Engineer in charge complete. Unskilled labour such as Beldar, Coolie etc.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
