Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level complete .

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches ,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plastering on stone wall/brick wall etc including racking out of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as spd and directed

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of paving blocks as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick/concrete surface as in ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on wall in CM 1:4 with appropriate WPC as per manufacturer's information from SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOSROC/ DR Fixit/ STP/CICO with confirming to IS 2645 on brick/concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement.

Demolition of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises

Providing and applying liquid Polyurea-PU based hybrid elastomeric water proofing membrane at existing/newly constructed roofs, RCC structure like basement raft, retaining wall, water retaining structure, tunnels/subways and bridge deck etc. in two or more coats. The product must have pot life of >90 mins., tensile strength > 12.6 Mpa, elongation of > 500% conforming to ASTM D 2370 & puncture resistance of >200 N as per ASTM E 154 with min. consumption of 1.5 Kg per sqm for 1.2mm DFT in two- three coats. The surface needs to be primed with water soluble self impregnated epoxy primer in two coats to be applied @ 200-250 gms/sqm/coat prior to Polyurea -PU application. Furthermor, (in case the substrate is not suitable) 15mm plaster is advisable for surface prepration before application of the water proofing membrane to avoid pinholes or functional difficulties of the system (Make - Asian Paints, BASF & SIKA) Note:- The application shall be done by the authorised applicator of the manufacture with a letter of proof stating the authenticity of the applicator firm.

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer as in roof covering complete all as specified

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) all as specified.

Cleaning/Roughening surfaces of old concerete floor/roof by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to romove the dust etc complete all as spd.

Fixing only 40mm th. Brick tiles laid on 15mm thick bedding layer of CM 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over APP membrane complete all as spd and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes of size 100mm dia, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required.

Scarpping, cutting, chiseling derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose R.,C.C surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concreat (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggrigates and reinforced with welded mesh (If Reqd) of weight exc 2 kg per sqm but n.exc 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement and sand motar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches area n.exc 5 sqm each and thickness of R.C.C member n.exc 75mm including necessary form work and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Cost of form work and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying white wash of 3 coats as in ceiling incl preparation newly plastered surfaces as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil distemper over one coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified.
