Dismantling the existing R.C.Concrete and disposing the debris @ 2km away from the site as directed by the Dept. Engineer at site, including cost of all lead, lift, labour charges, T&P, etc complete.

Dismantling of Brick work and clearing away the debries from the site including the cost of T&P, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete.

Chipping the damaged wall plastering and clearing away the debries from the site including the cost of T&P, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing damaged/worn out Aluminium windows including the frame, and clearing the debris away from the site and devoluting the dismantled door to the stores as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Providing and placing RCC 1:1.5:3 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, lead ,lift, labour and mixing charges excluding the cost of reinforcement etc, complete.

Providing, cutting, bending and placing in position of RTS/TMT bars , binding with binding wire, bending rod, including cost of all materials, labour, led, lift, etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:3, 12 mm think for ceiling, faces of beams, column, sunshades including cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Providing epoxy resin concrete bonding agent with Nito bond EP or equivalent to the surface where Guniting are to be provided including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc. complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding using blue- gum post or best quality bamboo posts of 4 m overall length, the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and spacing of posts being 2 m in both rows with two horizontal posts including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to setup and providing a platform with country wood plank of 40 mm thick and 1m width, etc., in a complete form using coir and nail with handrails for the safety measures, etc., including cost of all materials , labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Colour washing two coats with best quality of exterior emulsion paint of approved make and colour over one coat of white cement primer for exterior walls including cost of scrapping of old surface, all materials, lead, lift, labour, scaffolding ,T & P etc., complete.

Painting two coats of colour washing using of Acrylic distemper of approved make and quality over a coat of primer for interior walls including cost of scrapping of old surface, scaffolding charges, cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, curing, etc., complete.

Painting iron work with two coats of approved enamel paint complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Providing and fixing of M.S. grill for using roof frame M.S flat 25x5mm and inner 20x5mm in correct position including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, prime coat etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of Aluminium sliding window in Window frame bottom 62 x 31.5mm with 2 track arrangements with top and sides using 62 x 31.5mm 2 track @ 0.778kg/m and shutter frame with using shutter lock 40x18mm @ 0.630 kg/m, Top & bottom 40x18mm @ 0.380and vertical 40X18 @ 0.493 kg/m 5.5 mm thick plain glass, window frame, shutter frame, rubber beading, screws, wheels, shutter interlocks to its required position after cleaning of all sections including gutter. The rate includes the cost of dismantling the existing window, all labour, accessories, lead, lift ,transporting charges etc., complete and as per the instruction of the Engineer at site.
