Dismantling of ACSR conductors of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of earth wire and craddles of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS angle section etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm, 3.5 core including taking down existing unserviceable cable and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and re-laying /re-routing of LT UG cable PVC insulated, bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of any size laid in trenches or fixed on wall /floor/poles including taking out old unserviceable /serviceable bricks, cable covers, GI pipe of any size for reuse from trenches for removing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5metre but n.exc. 3.0m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with excavated soil, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for local sand cushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as directed. Note:- Only punned thickness of 180mm shall be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,fixing and testing cone LED Bollard light IP 65, 8 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT PCC poles & Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 31) conforming to IS 2713 (part 1 to 3), 9 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, including two coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. (Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size as directed). Note: (a) Cost of numbering of pole shall be deemed to included in unit rate. (b) Excavation, Earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid for separately. (c) The pole shall be marked with designation, manufacturer's identification and year of manufacture

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of PCC poles/struts as specified including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping around poles, including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for carrying out boring under the black top road for crossing of LT cable/protection pipe by any means boring machine or otherwise without damaging black top surface of road for fixing of GI pipe 100/80mm bore under the road complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing new 40 mm bore or next suitable size ( for LED fittings) light grade GI bracket 1.20 mtr long bent to shape by cutting welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 25x5mm suitable length 2 nos complete for steel tubular poles with nuts bolts and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on MS clamp complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unsv junction box and Supply and fix junction box Single Pole and neutral enclosure compression gland 2 with connector and clamp for pole mounting with two nos of nut bolt and washers and socket complete of size not less than 12"x10"x4" complete all as specified by Engineer -in- Charge. Note : The rate quoted shall include cost of MS Clamps, bolts, nuts and washers

Shifting,fixing and testing existing street light high performance LED street light fittings/luminaries of any size/capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing steel tubing GI light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection passing under Road/Floor or for fixing on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing steel tubing GI light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection passing under Road/Floor or for fixing on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing steel tubing GI light grade 100 mm dia for cable protection passing under Road/Floor or for fixing on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement of size 450mmx450mmx300mm with 4 Nos, 200 Amps copper bus bar including excavation, earth work and platform for the bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone, 15cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crused stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45cm above the nearest road level.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25x4mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber) 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate copy shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel wiht wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm four MS bars @ 80mm centre to centre both ways and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2020) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade, all excavation and earth work & connectiing the earthing to an earthing test point as specified and testing on complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
