Supply and laying for 300 mm thick Granular Sub Base (GSB) compacted thickness (two layers of 150 mm thick) Grade V, spreading, rolling and levelling and rolling with 8 - 10 Tonne power roller complete all as specified directed.

Material and labour for Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) 150 mm thick compacted thickness spreading, rolling and levelling in two layers of 75 mm and rolling with 8 - 10 Tonne power roller.

Providing and laying Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) 150 mm thick having compresive strength. Minimum cement content must not be less than 140 Kg/Cum including spreding, levelling and rolling with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller.

Supply Sand Cushioning for laying of polythene sheet levelling, complete spreading, levelling 10 mm thick complete all as specified.

Supply & laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) having minium weight 390 Gm/Sqm over sand cuhioning for separation complete all as specified and directed

Material & laying 225 mm thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) of minimum field flexural strength of 4.50 Mpa. As per IRC 44 only OPC grade cement must be used in PQC mixed with non - circular synthetic fibre (as per generic specification given by E-in-C's Br) by mechanical means at hte rate of 0.25% by weight of cement per Cum of PQC. Curing should be done by mechanical eqipment. Texturing - cum - curing machine (TCM) including finishing opf surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Marking lines, dashes, `H' symbols as required size and shape, arrows, letters etc. on concrete pavement and the like of any width with using thermoplastic compound white paint hot applied 2 mm thick including glass with thermostat machine confirming to BS3262 and according to the specification laid down in IRC and most (Ministry of Surface Transport) specifications - 2011 (14th revision) complete all as speecified and directed.

Material and labour for forming construction joints 10 mm wide and 30 mm deep for quality concrete slabs, cutting with diamond cutter to a depth of 30 mm and 10 mm wide to accommodate polythylene rod and sealant 10 mm wide, provision of closed cell polyrthylene rod of 10 mm dia sealed with (10 mm depth minimum above polyethylene rod) Poly urethane sealant complying with BS 5212 & BS 4254 and EN - 141875 - 2003 (for hydrolysis/water resistance test) priming the sides and minimum MAF + 30% (with Ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after the application of sealant all as specified and directed at site.
