Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m. And including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 30m.

Plain cement concrete with stone ballast/brick ballast including cost of material but inclusive of labour and T&P etc including Shuttering, sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors including tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work.

M-150 Brick work in 1:4 cement mortar with coarse sand upto 3M lift and 60M lead of materials including scafolding in foundation and plinth including tools and plants. etc. required for proper completion of work required for proper completion of work.

Reinforced Cement concrete with stone grit in RCC work including all cost of material but inclusive of labour and T&P and also including centering, shuttering and reinforcement.approved coarse sand 20mm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:3 (M-20 Grade) in R.C.C. Columns including providing and fixing necessary centering and shuttering and its removal after completion of work & supply of all other tools and plants etc. required for the proper completion of the work (Labour rate includes cost of centering & shuttering)

Reinforced Cement concrete with stone grit in RCC work including all cost of material but inclusive of labour and T&P and also including centering, shuttering and reinforcement approved coarse sand 20mm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:3 (M-20 Grade) in Plinth Beam including providing and fixing necessary centering and shuttering and its removal after completion of work & supply of all other material labour and tools and plants etc. required for the proper completion of the work

M-150 Brick work in 1:4 cement mortar upto 3M lift and 60M lead of materials including scafolding with coarse sand mortar in Super Structure including necessary cutting, moulding of brick as reqired and including honey comb brick work ,thickness of wall is of one brick (9 inches) required for proper completion of work.

Plaster with Cement plaster 1:4 brick masonry including scafolding (minimum thickness not less then 10mm) incluidng raking the joints washing and cleaning and supply of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work

Supply and Fixing M.S. Angle (50x50x5) mm size after fabricating it in Y-shape at Columns for Barbed wire coil type fencing above the boundry wall.

Providing and fixing barbed wire/ Concertina Coil type fencing each coil having 6m length excluding fixing of post but including stretching it to entire length including labour and T & P

Finishing of walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super Snowcem, Durrocem, Robiacem Guttucem, supreme quality of required shade on uncoated wall surface (one coat) over one coat white cement primer to give evenshades

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufactures two coats and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including priming coat of whiting after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter
