Improvement to Bahana Nalla including renovation of existing old structures from RD 20.90 km to 14.50 km under Gopalpur Assembly Constituency

Excavation of foundation by mechanical means in all kinds of soil with initial lead, lift and rehandling including rough dressing and leveling the bed and sides of foundation and disposal of the excavated materials with all leads, lifts and delfts & breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth including dewatering, shoring and shuttering, cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M-15 grade with crusher broken hard granite chips of size 40mm & downgraded of approved quality form approved quarry, mixing by concrete mixer and placing manually in proper position, with all leads, lifts and delifts, compacting with vibrators including cost, conveyance, royalty, loading and unloading of all materials, curing, cess, T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M-15 grade with crusher broken hard granite chips of size 20mm & downgraded of approved quality form approved quarry, mixing by concrete mixer and placing manually in proper position, with all leads, lifts and delifts, compacting with vibrators including cost, conveyance, royalty, loading and unloading of all materials, curing, cess, T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M-25 grade with crusher broken hard granite chips of size 20mm & downgraded of approved quality from approved quarry mixing by concrete mixer and placing manually, with all leads, lifts and delifts, compacting properly, including cost, conveyance, royalty, loading and unloading of all materials, curing, cess, T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending & binding and tying the grills of HYSD bars of approved quality and placing in position including cost, conveyance of HYSD bars and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge, loading, unloading, cess, T&P, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid & smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. work including false work and dismantling them after casting including cost, conveyance of all materials, cess, labour, T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer –in –Charge. (i) R.C.C walls & fins including attached pillasters.

Providing rigid & smooth centering and shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs barrages and dam block including cost of all materials, labour , T&P, cess, etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble hard granite stone masonry of approved quality from approved quarry in sand grouted in foundation & plinth with all leads, lifts & delfts & well watered and rammed in foundation trench including cost, conveyance, royalty, loading and unloading of all materials with cess, T&P, etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments with H.G. crosser broken stones of 15 cm & above size of approved quality from approved quarry placing in proper line and level with all leads, lifts and delfts, including cost, conveyance, royalty, loading and unloading of all materials,cess, T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with excavated materials well watered and rammed with all leads, lifts & delfts including T&P, cess, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed to proper level including cost, conveyance, royalty of sand, cess, T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face complete as per drawing including cost, conveyance, royalty, loading and unloading of all materials, curing, cess, T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in both wet and dry condition by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stony earth, gravel & moorum etc. inter spread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all leads, lifts & delfts including trimming of slopes & bed to design section & depositing the excavated materials away on both side of the drain including spreading, leveling the earth in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm including hire & running charges of all machineries, T& P, cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
