M & L including T&P for Cleaning of existing water tanks (any type and any capacity) on top of multistoried buildings (G+8 Levels), including emptying the water tank completely(depth of water tank up to 2.00 M), cleaning the internal wall surfaces and bottom surface of tank to remove all disputation/fungus,other micro-organisms etc. Using light hammer & wire brushes, taking out and removing sediment loose dirt/mud sludge,vegetation and other foreign materials completely from the internal and external surface of tank disposal of all the waste/spoil outside from the MoD land . And washing repeatedly with acid based material, corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents solution inside surfaces of tank with water and washing with clean water thoroughly and preparation of the surface to review new plaster complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out roots from roof/concrete wall , chajja/brick wall and making good the distrubed surface with PCC 1: 2: 4 Type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including Removal of plant growth by injecting with chemical (glyphosphate solution of 4% concentration) @ 20ml per injection or till refusal by cut stem of plants or roots injected at 30mm distance on the girth. The area shall then be sprayed with 25ml (glyphosphate solution 4% concentration) diluted with 1ltr of water. The size of block shall be of 2 Qtrs on each floor and vary in number of floors. M&L for APP based polymeric membrane plain finish minimum weighting 3 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over one coat of 85/25 bitumen @1.2 kg/sqm and paste the membrane with torching method and again apply a coat of 85/25 bitumen @ 1.2 kg/sqm at overlapping joints

S & F for Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface up to 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting up to 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner.

M&L for providing PMM including demolition(Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered external wall surface and applying a layer of 2mm thick wall care putty, and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: The quoted rates are included of steel shuttering and steel scafolding. Wk shall be measured under this item above 4th storeyed bldg only).

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing, guard bars, grills, doors , gates etc made of hollow tubes, channels, plates , bars , flats etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing, guard bars, grills with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified and directed

M&L for steel gate Ornamental type/Grill work including hold fasts, pintels, stoppers running rails, bushes and all as CI decorative pieces, locking arrangement etc complete all as per design approved and as directed by Engr-in-charge work conforming to Fe-410-O etc complete.

S&F for steel windows fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated powder coated (Base steel as per Sqm IS-513 D quality galvanized as IS 277 with zinc coating of 120 GSM with total coated thickness of 0.60mm. The coated section shall be with primer coated of primer of -7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12.16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder upto 50-60microns thick with the following specifications (a) Main frame 72mm x 55mmx0.58mm (b) Mullion 72mmx50mm x0.58mm(c) Glazed/gazed shutter frame 47mmx20.20mmx0.58mm (d) Glass beads size 12mmx12mmx0.58mm Accessories. Each shutter shall be provided the following fittings (a) Stainless steel pipe of hinges 01 set (b) Aluminium powder coated handle-04 Nos. Glass panes Glazed shutter and fixed glass provided with glass of 5.00mm thick float glass. WIRE MESH -Stainless steel wire mesh of 0.3 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm. Grills window shall be provided with grill made of 10mm square MS bars welded to 12mmx6mm thick MS plate. Distance between bars should not be more than 12cm c/c. M & L for prepration of old surface or complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of old decorated external surfaces of walls, pillers, cornices etc by scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts , trading oil and greasy spots and including cracks/holes in surface filling with white putty and applying a layer of water proof wall care putty, again sand papering thus making surface even & smooth and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality including priming coat of exterior primer and Allow 6-8hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes complete all as specified and as directed (Note : Steel Scafolding / Steel Shuttering/ Jhulla shall be considered included in quoted rates and up to 8 stories bldg against the item).
