Removal/lowering of broken Kavelu tiles /clay tiles covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Fixing of GI sheet(0.5mm ,make of JSW or equivalent ) on existing frame at material store including GI sheet,all tools and tackles fittings and covering centre edge with plane GI sheets.

PCC Work 1:4:8 [1 cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

RCC work 1:1.5:3 [1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

Providing and fixing Anodised Aluminium grill (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC-15) of approved design/ pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. Brass/ Stainless Steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Only weight of grill to be measured for payment].

Window Grills : Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete :

Structural Steel work: Supplying, fabricating and fixing M.S. structural steel work made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc., for struts, chain link fencing posts as per drawing including gate, ladders, safety grills, walkways, collapsible gate, signboards, supports for cable trench, making slots for barbed line, wire hoisting, placing in position, embedding in concrete, applying two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155" High Build Enamel over a coat of EPILUX 610 Primer of M/s Berger or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respect including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates,bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. and necessary lettering of approved pattern on main gate, signboards etc.complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (excluding the cost of concrete work).
