Providing and laying cut pile plush type Carpet flooring made with Polypropylene and having total height of 10 mm and gauge 1/10th in required design and patterns of reputed brands and manufacture all complete as directed by Engineer in charge including cost of fixing, transportation charges and supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 25 mm dia heavy type powder coated aluminium curtain rods, with two aluminium powder coated brackets fixed with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws and wooden plugs, etc., wherever necessary complete including cost of fixing, transportation charges and supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. complete.

Supply and fixing of Eyelet Curtains made of cotton fabric in various size as per site requirement or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of Rings, Canvas for fixing rings to curtain, stitching charges, fixing and transportation charges and cost of supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. complete.

Supply and fixing fabric vertical blinds comprised of a deluxe track with a self-aligning, heavy-duty aluminum channel, which ensures equal spacing and synchronized slat movement in required design as approved and directed by Engineer-in-charge including cost of fixing, transportation charges and supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as directed by Engineer-in-charge including cost of supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. complete.

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in small lintels not exceeding 1.5m clear span up to floor five level, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but, excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level: Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including cost of supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including cost of supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete: Water thinnable cement primer.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete: Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing Heavy Duty Door Closer of approved brand and quality (Godrej or Equivalent). The rate is inclusive of supply of material, labour, scaffolding charges, tools and plants etc., complete as directed.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for partitions to make office cabins including provision of door wherever required with extruded builtup sections of approved make (Jindal or equivalent) conforming to alloy 63400 WP with chemical composition and mechanical properties as per IS:733-1983 and IS: 1285-2002. All profiles shall be pure polyester powder coated according to IS: 137871-1993, 50-60 microns thick in approved shade / colour fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up gaps at junction, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM type gasket i.e., EPDM gaskets shall be inserted between aluminium frames / beading and glass / bakelite sheet. The aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, locks, handles, hinges, fitting/ bolts, stoppers fixed to alu. sections for making shutters open in one way, concealed tower bolts, door seals/ wool pile, door stoppers fixed to shutter etc. all complete. The horizontal and vertical members of door shutter shall be perfectly horizontal and vertical for smooth operation. All screws shall be of stainless steel only. cost inclusive of glass including labour element for glass, staking, carrying to heights and fixing in appropriate locations. Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality. The partition shall contain 4mm Bekelite sheet at bottom and 6mm clear glass at top. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges, fabrication charges, transportation to site, scaffolding charges, fixing in position etc complete as directed.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter (single leaf) of approved brand and manufacture (Saint Gobain/ or approved equivalent) with Dorma/ Equivalent make glass door fittings including providing and fixing of top & bottom pivot, patch fittings with stainless steel cover, double action hydraulic floor springs, Door handles, locks etc. and making necessary holes for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of cost of cutting floors, embedding floor springs in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cost of all material, supply of labour, tools & plants, transportation, loading & unloading charges etc. complete.
