Providing and fixing 1st quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colour, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300mm ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of 1 st quality confirming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except white, ivory, grey, fume red brown, laind on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sq.m. including pointing the joints with the white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper ( ready mixed ) having VOC content less than 50 gms/ litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more for new work

Providing and Appying Polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofinf coating with elastic waterproofing polymer on inetrior wall plaster surface in 3 (three) coats @ 14.35 kg/10 sqm . One coat of of self priming of cementatious water proofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and 2(two) coats of centatious water proofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) after scraping and properly cleanig the surface to remove pre-existing paint flim and loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
