(P-2.4.2) Construction of Tube Well up to 100 mtr. depth in all type of rocks by DTH system & over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils & over burden including lowering of casing pipes, (if required) excluding cost of casing pipes, as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a through out bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe. Nominal bore 200 mm dia.
(P-2.6.3) Construction of tube well from ground level and up to 100 mtr depth and above to accommodate housing assembly pipe in all type of unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders, collapsible formation etc. by Odex drilling method as per IS: IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications. The work will include lowering of housing and strainer pipe assembly and casing shoe including cost of casing shoe, but excluding cost of the casing pipe. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. Nominal bore 200 mm dia.
(P-2.6.4) Add 15% extra on above item (Item No 2.6.1 to 2.6.3) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr .
(P-2.1.2) Construction of tube well from ground level & up to 100 mtr depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all type of alluvium strata unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by percussion/rotary drilling method as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications, with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and it's packing as per IS: 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 as amended up to date (the work includes the cost of gravel & it's primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles and development work, but excluding the cost of housing and strainer pipe assembly). The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. Nominal bore 200 mm dia.
(P-2.1.4) Add 15% extra on above item (Item no 2.1.1 to 2.1.3) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr.
(P-2.3.1) Construction of tube well after completion of drilling by rotary /percussion method & up to 100 mtr. depth in all type of rocks by DTH system as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications. The work shall be deemed completed only after obtaining sand free water. The bore well should have a throughout nominal size bore beyond casing pipe. Nominal bore 150 mm dia.
(P-2.3.4) Add 15% extra on above item (Item No 2.3.1 to 2.3.3) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr.
(P-2.3.5) Add 30% extra on above item (Item No 2.3.1 to 2.3.3) for drilling depth beyond 200 mtr and from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 200 mtr .
(P-2.11.2)) Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS: 4270/2001) or amended up to date of following sizes 200 mm dia NB (Thickness of pipe 5.4mm & mass of tube 28.46 Kg/m)
(P-2.12.3) Labour charges for making slots on blank pipes made of ERW MS black pipe ISI marked of following sizes, the slotting should be as per IS:8110-1985. 200 mm dia nominal bore of 5.4mm thickness
(E-21.2.2.1) Supply & fixing of PVC threaded casing pipes for Tube well (IS 12818:1992) of 3mtr. Each for depth up to 1200 ft. Plain and strainer Casing CS for Depth upto 400ft. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR . more than 400 ft to 1200 ft. Depth 40mm dia
(P-2.19.2) Supply & Fixing of ISI marked three core PVC flat submersible cable as per IS 694:1990 or amended up to date and conductor as per class 5 of IS 8130:1980 including making connection etc. 3 core 6.0 Sq.mm
(E-21.3.2) Providing & Laying of Polypropylene rope Confirming to IS:5175 for submersible pump of following sizes. complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR . 16mm (suitable above 50mm & up to 75mm OD pipe)
(E-21.6.2.2) SITC of Radial / mixed flow ISI marked water and anti-corrosive liquid filled submersible motor pump sets suitable for 100/150mm dia borewell. The size of adopter fixed on top of the motor should exceed the top of coupler , for safegaurd the coupler. The construction material of motor and pump should match IS: 8034 : 2018 and IS: 9283 guideline. The radial flow pumpset should operate at 5 star energy efficiency level of BEE and mixed flow pump set should operate at 3 star energy level of BEE, accompained by valid BEE certificate. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011 with required accessories including making connection suitable for Bore well. The job includes labour part of lowering of riser pipe G.I./ H.D.P.E. with rope, cables & pump, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to Starter. All labour for testing of submersible pumps set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test certificate before execution. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .150 mm diameter Submersible pump shall have following HP Rating, phase, Head range, Discharge range respectively. 5.0 HP, 3-Ø, (68 - 102)Mtr, (225-85) LPM

(P-2.23.3) Supply & Fixing tube well cover of MS sheet 8mm thick at top & 5mm thick 100mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45cm long & two GI flanges at both ends in 80mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate.
