Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases forcolumns

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.5 metres ground/bed level.

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) - flush / ruled/ struck or weathered pointing

White washing with lime to give an even shade - new work (three or more coats)

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar

Providing and laying precast cement concrete blocks for revetment of size 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.10m in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate) using 6mm thick steel mould including consolidation, curing and placing in position etc., complete. The rate includes transit the block to the site by head load.
