Dismantling of RCC works by using jack hammer/any other mechanical means and disposal of dismantled materials within all leads & lifts, supply of all labour, hire & running charges of all equipments, operator expenses, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, providing safety arrangements for workmen, cleaning the site, all transportation etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, mixing in Mixture Machine, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 25mm & below size Crusher Broken) for Dry Lean Cement Concrete including form works made of ply/steel shutters, hoisting, laying in layers, compacting with VRR, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient, curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, royalties, engagement hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees, etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete of M-20 grade (using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12 mm to 20mm size of approved quality for R.C.C work), mixing in a Batching Plant of required capacity, transporting the concrete by any approved means including admixture in recommended proportion as per IS-9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with hoisting, laying, compacting by mechanical Vibrator, curing etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, royalties, tollage, all transportation charges, all testing, cost for design mix, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, operator expences etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge. N.B: The item is excluding cost of form work, cost of binding wire, cost of Steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel.

Supplying and laying 125 Micron polythene separation membrane with Overlapping of 300mm at joints including cleaning the surface before placing the membrane etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour, all taxes, cost of over lapping, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and forming 12mm wide x 60mm deep contraction joints by fixing 32mm dia 450mm long Mild Steel round bars @ 300C/C including painting two third of the bars with anticorrosive paint & covering the same with 1.25mm thick tough & durable plastic seathing, providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface with bitumastic black paint and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees, testing charges of Mild Steel etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 85mm deep longitudinal joints by fixing 12mm dia 450mm long HYSD Bars @ 420mm C/C painted 50mm at center with anticorrosive paint including providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface (300mm thick) with bituminous black paint, cutting grooves of approved size and sealing the grooves with pavement grade bitumastic filler etc complete with supply of all materials, T&P, labour, hire & running charges of all machineries, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees, testing charges of HYSD bars etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling of 300 mm deep holes on concrete surface in horizontal plane for fixing 12mm dia reinforcement bars by any approved method, cleaning the hole by blow out pump, grouting the reinforcement bars with approved anchoring adhesive resins of HILTIMAKE HIT- HY 150/ BOSCH or equivalent make, transporting, cutting, placing, proper fixing of reinforcement bars with cost & expenses of all materials, tools and plants, machineries, taxes, tollages, Port entry fees including providing barricades to the working area etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement.

Supply of Fe-500 steel confirming to I.S. Specifications of SAIL/VIZAG/TATA make including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, T&P, all taxes, tollage, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B: Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786. No wastages shall be paid.

Providing Rigid and smooth leak proof centering & shuttering with form works made of ply/steel, shutter, painting with coltar/lubricant over the ply/steel surface after each use for RCC works in slab, wall, raft etc. including dismantling them after due period with cost of all material, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, gate entry fees, transportion, staging etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.
