Work

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (PWD-253).(For Shoulder Work) (Laying,compacting and Cartaging of 1.00 Km)

Construction of granual sub-base(GSB) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layars with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as Technical specification clause 401.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam G-II specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity as per MORD technical specification clause 405

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates G-III of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405

Brick edging on both side of the road of lass 150 brick 7.5 cm wide 11.5 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour and suppy of bricks finished to required template and proper alignment and also including dessing and ramming the excavated erarth as directed by E/I.

Providing and applying Prime COAT with bituminEmulson(SS-1)on prepared surface of granular base incl. cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @0.85 Kg/per sqm using mechanical means as per tech. Spec. cla-502(I)

Providing and applying Tack COAT with bitumin RS-1 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25-0.30 kg/sqm on the primed surface of granular base treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded Premix Carpet of 20 mm thick Composed 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm agg. either using Penentration grade bitumin/CRMB on [email protected] K.g. per Sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared baseby manual MORD Specifications 508

Providing, laying of seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumin Sealing the Voids in bituminous surface laid to the Specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per technical specifi. Cl. 510
