Comprehensive annual maintenance contract for maintenance of various type air conditioners, as per technical specifications and scope of work under tender documents:
Complete repairing of Tower Air Conditioners with monthly routine preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance service of Tower AC of different make and capacities, installed in the premises. Job includes regular maintenance for keeping the machine in good condition, attending the complaints of machines as per the requirement and instruction of site engineer. Job also includes checking of machines, identification of defect, repair/ replacement of defective component, Rewinding of blower motor. Replacement of Thermostat, Blower, fan blade, electric switchs, control knob, wires(as per approved make) as per the direction of Site Engineer/EIC. The Job also includes Cleaning of air filter, removal of dust from cooling coil and condenser, Attending minor/ major leakage of refrigerant gas R-22 arresting the leak and recharging the gas, Repair/ replacement of defective bush/ bearing of blower motor including lubrication of blower motor, tightening of all the electrical connection, Replacement of defective compressor by OEM or equivalent (as approved by owner), re-fixing, gas charging, testing & commissioning and making the machine in perfect working condition, Replacement of all type of defective capacitor. Job complete in all respect including all consumables, Compressor etc. Unit represent per Tower AC per month. Payment shall made on monthly basis. Any defects in Air Conditioner will be informed through email/ sms and the same to be attended within 48 hrs.

Dismantling of Air Conditioner along with all necessary tools, tackles and manpower complete in all respect as per the direction of Site Engineer/EIC.(per AC)
Installation of Air Conditioner along with all necessary tools, tackles, Gas charging and manpower complete in all respect as per the direction of Site Engineer/EIC.(per AC)
Supply and fixing of of PVC conduit of 20 mm dia alongwith the accessories in surface including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed, conduit as required for Drain Line of Split and Tower AC.
