Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in slabs, parapets, chajjas, fins, fascias (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slabs, landings, parapet, chajjas and similar work not exc 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate is included for necessary scaffolding up to triple storey building.

Material and labour for RCC (nominal mix) 1:1½: 3 type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, lintel beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, deck slabs and in shelves, parapet, chajjas and the like. (Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: Rate is included for necessary scaffolding up to triple storey building.

Material and labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: Rate is included for necessary scaffolding up to triple storey building.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick/concrete/stone masonry surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling, chajjas including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class 'B' old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7 mm/ 450X350X7mm thick set and jointed over and including 10 mm thick rendering even and rough in cement mortar 1:4 for backing of tiles, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm, but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M/L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm, but not exceeding 0.18Sqm, in skirting including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in levelling course, sub base, floor and like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for granite (any type) 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, counter, shelves, urinal partition and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and moulding/rounding on edges by grinding complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) of any description and in any position including tiling if any , removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 , (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection,aprons, hard standing, path and like including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick, including 50mm wide white marble strips all around of rooms/verandah, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick as in skirting over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent, salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of exterior water base emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surfaces as in including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for provn of water proofing roof treatment to accessible/Non accessible RCC roof with APP modified membrane with non woven polyster reinforced wt not less than 3 Kg/Sqm of thickness not less than 3 mm having thermal insulation of membrane uniformely embedded during manufacturing process all as per following specifications: (a) The surface of the roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths etc. over which water proofing treatment is to be applied, shall be cleaned of all foreign matters such as fungus, mass, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets the groove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment as pipes, chimney stacks etc. and other similar situations to ease up about corners. (b) Bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1965 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm to be applied an prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (c) APP modified water proofing membrene as specified shall be laid on the primer surface by torch application method as per manufacturers instructions, The overlaps while torching shall be 100 mm in both directions (longititudinal and transverse directions). All overlap joints shall be sealed thoronghly by thermofusing both the membrane layers and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as monolithic layer.

Material and labour for providing Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0, (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, levelling course, kerbs or mud stops, copings and levelling concrete slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as directed.

Material and labour for precast machine pressed cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigments of size 250x250x20 - 25mm thick conforming to IS 1237-1980 set in cement slurry laid jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including bedding layer of 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 as on roof complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade,prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws/nails to timber frame work including teak wood leaping alround and taking down old board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel work as in tubular, (round/square/rectangular shape of pipes as approved by Engr-In-Charge), angle, trusses, purlins, rafter, MS plates,connecting plates,angle iron, channel , including post special shaped washers etc complete incl necessary nut bolts, wind ties and gusset plates etc using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conformining to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable (ISI marked) 1100 volts in existing concealed/surface conduit and existing sunken box covered with new 3 mm thick bakelite laminated hylam sheet (ISI marked) for one light point /fan point/exhaust fan controlled by one switch including 1.5 sqmm single core multi stranded FRLSH copper earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified. Note :- Switches and socket outlet to be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing security light fitting LED of 25/35 watt with toughened glass complete with suitable GI bracket for security light fitting fixing to wall/column & electrical connection to the light fitting providing 1.5 mtr long twin core round copper conductor cable of suitable size and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of storage type water heater (Geyser) electrical operated 230/240 Volts 25 ltr capacity, BEE 5 star rated complete with all safety equipment and accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, plug top, etc. required for proper functionality & including electric/earth connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and GI washers earth plate surrounded by picked layer of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe medium bore GI pipe light grade connected to funnel heavy wire mesh for watering purpose and 15mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of galvanised earth wire from earth plate upto 7.5 metre and connecting to , main switch board including 10mm thick cast iron cover angle iron frame and PCC 1:2:4 type B-I for concrete pit, including necessary excavation and earth works etc , as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part - I of 1991 and testing on completion all as specified. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5m away from earth pit pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
