Construction of Rasulpur to Kartalapur link road in Km- 1 and 2(100)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from local pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Page 3-3) Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with al lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead uo to 1000 m as per techmnical spacification cause 303.1 including stablization with 2% staked lime including its mixing with rotabator complate two layer. Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Providing , laying and spreading material on a prepared sub grade, adding Cemented Sub Base GSB 2% Cement by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base. . Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Providing , laying and spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification stablized with @ 4%cement including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper ot site. Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumin pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Air compressor as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Page 5-4) Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a sutable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Sepecification Clause 508. (Page 5-26) Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Page 5-52) Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material. Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Sand filling in foundation trenches abutment wall etc,in layers including watering ,compacting including all lead & lift and also all materials ,labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work . Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Brick masonry work in 1:4 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 600,1200 & 1203 (Brick masonry in 1:4 cement mortar) Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) mm thick on brick work in substructure as per techinical specification clauses 613.4 & 1204. Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203 (P.C.C grage M-15) Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Supply & Laying of Hume pipe S & S Type in position with cement and sand mortar in 1:2 withsun including labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of by the Engineer-in-charge (Labour rate only) N.P-3-Type (a) 350 mm dia . Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Supply & Laying of Hume pipe S & S Type in position with cement and sand mortar in 1:2 withsun including labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of by the Engineer-in-charge (Labour rate only) N.P-3-Type (a) 1000 mm dia . Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203 (Nominal mix 1:3:6) Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Providing concrete for reinforced concrete in bed block and slab complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203 (R.C.C grade M-20) Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002,1005,1010 & 1202 Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification clause 1204.3.8 Including cost of material labour and T&P but excluding cost of GST.

(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost (0.00% Construction Cost) (Excluding GST)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost (0.75% Construction Cost) (Excluding GST)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost (1.50% Construction Cost) (Excluding GST)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost (2.25% Construction Cost) (Excluding GST)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.
