Taking down existing roof treatment of any description including all vegitatiion growth cement plaster on concrete surface of roof slab / chjjas including cleaning and disposal of debris at low laying areas as directed by Engr-In- Charge

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete including disposal of debris at low laying areas as directed by Engr-In- Charge

M&L, PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete/levelling course, to maintain slopes on roof and finishing the surfaces even and fair mixed with integral water proofing chemical as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with integral water proofing chemical as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof comprising with the following operation as specified here-in-below:- a) Applying evenly one coat of cold bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384-1986, @ 0.30 litre per square metre on the Cleaned Plastered Surfaces. b) Applying evenly one Coat of blown Hot Bitumen of Grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kilogram per square metre on primed surfaces. c) S&F standard APP modified membrane prefabricated 5 layer 3mm thick with non woven polyster matt centeral core of 160 gsm (mini) impregrnated and coated on both sides with layers of APP modified bitumen and finised with micro perforated heat fusiable polythene film on both surfaces .the weight of membrane shall not be less than 3.5kg/sqm and laid over primed surface by LPG/ butane torch, all as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L Plain cement concre tiles with grey cement and no pigment of size 25cm x 25cmx 22mm thick,m a c h i n epressed; set jointed andcement slurry in roof laid over screed bed of 15mm thick in cm 1:4 and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, preparation of concrete surfaces by brushing, cleaning and washing all the undulations, cracks, cleaning all pores and sealed with PU sealant or crack seal properly and applying first coat of PU Magnum @ 750gram/sqm over a coat of epoxy primer @ 200ml/sqm, (laying 30-40 GSM Geotextile with 50mm side and end overlaps on the layers wherever required and will be measured and paid separately), applying second coat of PU Magnum over geotextile @ 500grams/Sqm complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

Supply only Geo textile of 30-40 GSM complete all as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L, preparation of old plastered external wall surfaces, removing all contaminations, fungus and other micro organism growth by any mechanical means and applying a coat of Smartcare Damp proof @ 0.45litre/sqm over a coat of Damp proof primer diluted with 33% by water and allow the coatings to be cured completely all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed.

M&L, preparation of old plastered internal wall surfaces, removing all contaminations, fungus and other micro organism growth by any mechanical means and applying two coats of Damp block-2K @ 1.50Kg/sqm and finishing with a coat of epoxy triblock @ 1Kg/2Sqm and allow the coatings to be cured completely as per manufacturer instructions and as directed.

M&L, cutting open to 'V' grove with the help of machine on all visible cracks of external wall over 0.5mm size, cleaning thoroughly and filling with smartcare Hybrid PU sealant complete as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. Make for item No 8 to 12: Asian Paints/FOSROC/ Pidilite Note for item No 8 to 12: 1. The work shall be got executed directly by manufacturer or their authorized applicator after obtaining prior approval from GE. 2. Contractor shall give written guarantee for the treatment carried out all as specified.

M&L for cleaning old surface of cement tiles on roof by scrapping , hacking out joints, removing vegitation from joints and refilling of tiles joints with neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cleaning old bituminous surface of cement tiles on roof / chjjas and applying two coats of cold bitumen in patches upto 5sqm at different locations complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls/concrete surfaces from any height including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., including disposing rubbish materials off the premises complete all as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., built in cement mortar complete including disposal of debris all as directed.

M&L, brickwork with Flyash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in any height, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and ceilings and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty including rubbing/ grinding with sand paper and making smooth and even surface as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof anti algal exterior acrylic emulsion paint (100% acrylic), premium quality, over a coat of primer over a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty including rubbing/grinding with sand paper and making smooth and even surface as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/derooting of small plants/shrubs (girth exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 15cm) applying concentrated acid to stop plant growth and cleaning of surface free from dirt/ dust/ dry leaves/ mud etc., making good disturbed wall/flooring surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate or in cement mortar 1:3 as per site requirement including disposable of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L, 30mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, providing water proofing treatment to bottom and sides of sunken floor with approved acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound in two layers, first layer @ 0.4888kg cement mixed with 0.253kg composite compound per sqm and allowed to dry for 4hours, then apply second layer @ 0.242kg cement mixed with 0.126kg composite compound and testing including fixing of 32mm GI spout pipe before treatment, taking down the existing unserviceable water proofing treatment and tiles in flooring, removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed.

M&L for filling in brick aggregates in sunken flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 7 to 8mm thick 300 x 300mm coloured, joint free Non skid ceramic tiles, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design of tiles shall be as approved by GE

M&L, coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over base of 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design of tiles shall be as approved by GE

S&F in repairs, vitreous china squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern of size 580 x 440mm, white, with integral foot rests, including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc., complete including provision of cement concrete bedding in 1:5:10 and making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including connecting to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc., complete including fixing to floor with bolts, including provision of plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) fixed to walls, including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories), complete all as directed.
