Renewal of top layer of jogging tracks for material after scrapping 1"-1 1/2" depth and filling 4" thick cinder and clay mix (top layer of cinder i.e. 70% and 30% of clay) on entire area and watering and compacted of new layer complete in all respect.

Supplying and filling in plinth with Choe sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoatedgalvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as 5% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in epoxy by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screwsprimer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.05 mm. 240 mpa mm steel grade, 5-7 microns should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing and fixing aluminium work for door, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other section of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners inclusding necessary filling up of gaps at juctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC neoprene fell etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed machanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling C.P bass/stainless steel screws. all complete as per architectural drawings and the derection of Engineer-In-Charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) for fixed portion: - Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) For fixed portion. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately):For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated paticle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board confirming to IS: 12823 grade 1 type 11, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P brass / stqainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides. (DSR : 21.2.2)
