SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

Dismantling and taking up steel poles/ struts of any size with all accessories like cross arms, bracing supports clamps etc. after disconnecting all electrical connections including dismantling of PCC foundation & making good complete all as directed.

Supply and errect in true vertical position GI Steel tubular swaged poles 11 m long with GI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work and PCC foundation etc shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

M&L for mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape/size as directed including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor any size of service feeder or distributor span from its existing position and keeping in safe custody the serviceable conductor for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, stretching, fixing commissioning & testing on existing/new HT poles, ACSR conductor of any type/ size including fixing to insulators with binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only ACSR conductor of any size on HT poles including fixing to insulators with binding wire complete all as directed. (Note: Serviceable ACSR conductor obtained from dismantling shall be reused)

Dismantling unserviceable stay assembly complete including dismantling of PCC foundation and making good all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly with 20mm dia stay rod and all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 including loop type insulator, stay clamp, GI stay wire 7/4mm , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation /earth work , concrete work shall be measured and paid separately under relvant items.

S&F and fix in repair Galvanised iron stay strand, 7/3.15mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letter, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with MS clamps, bolts, nuts of approved size, for HT pole/installation of size 25 x 20 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting to 11 m HT steel pole with cross arms and clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces including pole numbering and marking alternate black and yellow strip of width 30 cm with fluorescent paint above 1.5 m from GL, complete all as specified and directed .

Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength not less than 40 KV for 1 minute with 2.5 mm gap as per IS-335-1983 for EHV grade including topping up with new transformer oil all as directed. Note:(i) Centrifuging machine with all T & P & testing machine of oil required for dehydration shall be arranged by the Contractor. (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and replacement or topping up of transformer oil EHV as per IS 335 of 1983 Part II after dehydration and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of worn out aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles at any position/ height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HV bushing of transformer with brass metal connecting rod, nut, bolt and washer, suitable for 100 KVA to 1000 KVA capacity of transformer, 11000 Volt as per IS 3347/1967 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LV bushing of transformer with brass metal connecting rod, nut bolt and washer, suitable for 100 KVA to 1000 KVA capacity of transformer, 1100 Volt as per IS 3347/1967 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement of silica gel crystal for any type and capacity of transformer all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Silica gel breather assembly complete with silica gel crystal complete for the transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 1000 KVA all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick layers of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers etc and connected to and including 32 x 6 mm GI strip upto 7.5 m by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm TMT bar 100 mm C/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m) and testing after completion all as specified and shown onelectrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F GI pipe light grade 100 mm bore for cable protection including all fittings, suitable clamps and sealing ends of pipes woth bituminous wooden wedge, laid under road crossing/ ducts/ culverts/along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection including all fittings, suitable clamps and sealing ends of pipes woth bituminous wooden wedge, laid under road crossing/ ducts/ culverts/along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of area including uprooting of weeds/ grass and removing creepers from fencing or poles and brooming the complete area of sub station (area not exceeding 100 sqm) , around panels, transformer and four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting tree branches and trimming upto 6" girth touching the over head lines, clearing the spaces at least 2 m both side of OH line, removing the cut branches to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to transformer outer body of capacity 1000 KVA after cleaning and preparation of old painted surfaces by spray painting as per existing colour complete all as directed.

M&L for painting to VCB(outer body) of capacity 800 Amp after cleaning and preparation of old painted surfaces by spray painting as per existing colour complete all as directed.

M&L for loose filling with broken stone aggregate of size 80 to 100 mm in outdoor sub station complete all as directed.

Repairing and servicing (Oiling and greasing) of gang operated switch 11 KV vertical/ Horizontal mounted and replacing defective parts including replacement of unserviceable spare parts as required for smooth functioning of AB switch, testing for its proper operation, complete all as directed at site. (Note : Spares shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only Male Contact/ moving contact blade heavy duty high conductive metal of capacity 200/400 amp 11 KV.

Supply only Female contact/ Fix contact jaw heavy duty high conductive metal of capacity 200/400 amp 11KV.

Supply only Tinned copper flexible jumper suitable for 200/400 Amps GOD.

M&L for replacement of GI pipe medium grade, 25 mm bore suitable for operating rod of air break switch with smooth operation all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out worn out jumpers/ connectors of HT over head line / DO fuse unit in sub stations of any size or length after removing binding wire / connector and replacing with the new ACSR weasel conductor jumpers including PVC sleeve in colour coding R/Y/B of same size and length approx 1.5 m including new binding wire / connectors suitable for AB switch/ DO fuse unit, including providing mineral jelly all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement lightening arresters 11 KV grade, thyrester type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and comissioning HT 11 KV outdoor gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting with drop out fuse having 12 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps,including operating rod and necessary frame work and including dismantling unserviceable air breaker complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cable route indicator for HT cable of cast iron, round plate 100mm dia,standard thickness, duly moulded imbosed with HT symbol and embeded in and including PCC block of 200x200x300mm and including necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable 11KV, HT UG cable from existing trenches/duct/ HT poles of size 95 to 185 sqmm including disconnecting, PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover, GI Pipes, UG cables etc. and tracing the location of fault and keeping in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and directed NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items. (ii) Serviceable cable covers, cables and GI pipes shall be kept aside for re-use.

Laying only old serviceable HT cable XLPE insulated with aluminium conductor of size from 95 to 185 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade in trenches, ducts, on pole/ under road crossing complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old serviceable Concrete cable cover in trenches for under ground cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, Type 1 with peak, sizes 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric power cable, heavy duty 11KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 95 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/cable duct/ on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric power cable, heavy duty 11KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 185 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/cable duct/on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading dry sand of approved quality for cushioning to UG cable laid in trenches 8cm thick before laying cable and 15cm thick after laying & stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for).

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50.00 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 11 KV VCBs, 800 Amp of any make from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts and servicing of 11 KV indoor VCB, checking of quality of vaccum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, testing (IR value, Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 11 KV current transformer (Set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT, and testing and calibration of relay (set of two over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable VCB Breaker incoming and outgoing from VCB of Capacity 800 Amp, cleaning contacts with fine emery paper and applying petroleum jelly on the contacts, refixing at original position and testing for proper working including replacement of heating contact and insulation materials and refixing the same at existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, connecting and testing tripping coil DC 24 V for 11 KV VCB including taking out of old unserviceable coil complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of breaker charging motor including Gear assembly 110 volt AC of 11 KV VCB panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 3 phase Voltmeter square type digital of size 96 sqmm of range 0 to 15 KV PT ratio 11 KV/110 Volt for panel complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable micro processor base relay and supply, install, testing and commissoining of Micro processor base relay IDMT type (02 O/C+01 EF) for 11 KV VCB panel, rating 5 Amps, Auxiliary supply 20-110 Volt DC complete all specified and directed. Make: L &T, Model No:MC61Anx or its equivalent approved make.

S&F in replacement of 11 KV panel indicating lamp fitting LED type suitable for 110 Volt/ 230 volt AC complete with base, complete all as specified.

Taking out old unserviceable burnt indoor CT and supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11KV, indoor CT freq 50 hz Type wound, 15VA/CL 0.5, 15VA/CL.5P10, Term-1S1-1S2:60/1A,2SI-2S2:60/1A as per existing make.

Taking out old unserviceable burnt indoor PT and Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11KV, indoor PT (voltage transformer) ratio 11KV/RT3/110V/RT3/110V/Type phase to earth as per existing make.

S&F in replacement of strip heater suitable for 11 KV VCB of cap 80 W of approved make complete all as specified & directed.

Repair to battery bank charging panel of VCB 220 Volt input and 24 Volt output and replacement of burnt electric circuit and transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping including necessary formwork finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of expulsion fuse single pole of cap 25 to 50 Amp for 11000 volt grade.

S&F in replacement of DO (Expulsion type fuse) 11000 V current rating 50 to 100 Amp.
