UPKEEP OF OUTDOOR ELECTRIC SUBSTATION AND 11 KV POWER HOUSE UNDER GE HISAR AT HISAR MIL STATION

M&L for construction of transformer plinth with PCC Block masonry platform of size 3m x 3m x 1.2 m hight, PCC(1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate built in CM 1:4 complete with and including necessary excavation & earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on sides and top of the brick work, upto 300 mm below ground level, supply and fixing of 02 Nos MS Channels of size MC 100 for balancing of Transformer embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, top surface of plateform shall be provided with 100 mm Thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 10 mm steel TMT bar, including provn of steps in one side of plateform and all the outer face of platform shall be given with two coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of transformer from 2/4 pole structure to plinth/plinth to MES store, Isolating 11 KV HT supply from the substation and earth the complete system properly, disconnecting complete electric system of the transformer from HT and LT side including earthing strips, disconnecting removing taking down out door transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA from 2/4 pole structure and refixing, installing, commissioning & testing the transformer on plinth complete all as specified directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note:- (a) The rates quoted is deemed to be included for hydra, T&P and manpower and other items required for shifting of transformer.

Supplying and laying in replacement electrical insulation mat of size 5 mtr x 1 mtr x 2.5 mm thick specification as per IS 15652 2006 all as spefied and directed.

Taking out the old unserviceable HT Underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV grade (Earthed) of any Size from trenches/wall/floor/road/ culverts or pole etc complete all as specified and directed . Note : Excavation and earth work, duct work, GI pipe for laying of cable and sand cushing/cable protection covers etc are beyond the scope of this item and shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in replacement of HT underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV grade (Earthed) of sizes 3 Core 95 Sqmm cable comfirming to IS-7098 Pt-II laid in trenches / walls / ducts / poles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item Sl No 5 above but size of cable 3 Core 120 Sqmm

Disconnecting and taking down HT UG cable from HT pole / Transformer and cutting faulty end portion of the cable, dressing properly and making good end termination, out door type fixed with and including suitable size of heat shrinkable new jointing kit 11000 voltage grade and aluminium lugs duly crimped with crimping tool for HT XLPE cable size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm.

All as per Item Sl No 7 above but size of cable 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 Core.

Disconnecting and taking down HT UG cable from HT pole / Transformer and cutting faulty end portion of the cable, dressing properly and making good end termination, indoor type fixed with and including suitable size of heat shrinkable new jointing kit 11000 voltage grade and aluminium lugs duly crimped with crimping tool for HT XLPE cable size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm.

All as per Item Sl No 9 above but size of cable 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 Core.
