The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both 1.(a) and 1. (b) above, in proforma under Section XII

Tenderer firm /company should not be blacklisted by any government organization

Tenderer should submit GST Registration Certificate

Tenderer should submit Certificate of registration of the Company under the companies act, 1956 or registered with the Concerned Statutory Authorities under relevant act

Tenderer offering to supply goods under the contract which the Tenderer did not manufacture of otherwise produce, the Tenderer has been duly authorized (as per authorization form in Section XIII) by the goods manufacturer or produce to supply the goods in India

Tenderer must submit Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.2.94 Lakhs (Unconditional credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc as per format enclosed in KPP Portal)

Tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of goods supply works only) of Rs. 5.00 Lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract) (UDIN number is mandatory)
