Only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the Battery Module or their tender specific Authorized dealer is allowed to bid. In case of authorized dealer, Tender specific Authorization has to be uploaded, failing which the bid shall be summarily rejected.
The offered Battery module must have certification of UL/IEC/BIS or equivalent. The certificates must be attached with offer.
The OEM of Battery module shall have minimum experience 03 years for manufacturing of Advanced Chemistry battery (Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) or lithium-titanate or lithium-titanium-oxide (LTO). Documentary evidence such as Test certificate from recognized LABs, Order copy, performance, certificate etc. should be submitted to prove the claim.
OEM/Tender Specific Authorized dealer (or vendor) should submit satisfactory past Performance Certificate [signed by an officer of Rank JAG( or equivalent) and above] for02 years (minimum) from any Metro Rail or Indian Railways or any urban transport system or any PSUs for Advance Chemistry battery (Lithium based battery).

OEM shall have after sales services office in India, preferably in Kolkata or any city which has air connectivity to Kolkata.
The rate is inclusive of all charges like packing charge, transportation charge, installation charge etc. whatever applicable along with necessary taxes as per extent rule.
