Taking down the unserviceable LT cable of any size from tranches/ walls /floor etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- laying of cable route is same as old cable route.

Supply and Laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 50 sq mm, 3.5 core including testing after laid and jointed with lugs, nuts, bolts, washers , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, cable protection shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply and fix Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethylene (HDPE) pipe For laying of Electric cable of size 63 mm outer diameter and 51 mm inner diameter with IS 16205 (Part 24) 1: 2018 laid in trenches,wall,floor,pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC slab type B0 1:2:4 for cable route indicators of size length 0.9M x 0.3 M x 0.065 M duly writing "MES LT/ HT cable duly painted with weather coat paint embeded in PCC 1:4:6 under ground at depth 0.4M complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs thermoplastic cable entry junction boxes of size 250 x 220 x 135mm and IP-65 protection level with metric knock out fixed on poles with MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including MCB SPN, 6-32 amps, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50Hz including necessary incoming and outgoing electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc., separate (detachable) gland plate, bakelite connector 4 way 20 amp, dust and vermin proof, front door opening with hinges and locking arrangement,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED street light luminaires of capcity 60 watts with pressure diecast aluminium housing heat resistance toughened glass, IP 66 protection complete with driver, 2.5 sqmm 2 core multistranded aluminium wire for connection from street light fitting to OH line or junction box, and fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Cat No. LSTR01S060XC of Jaquar or equivalent as approved from specified makes.

Supply and fix in repairs LED driver for 60W LED street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Phillips/CG/Jaquar

Supply and fix in repairs LED driver for 45W LED street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Phillips/CG/Jaquar

Supply and fixing in repair retro reflective boards in shape of rectangle of size 1.0 m x1.4 m made out of 2 mm thick stainless steel both side bounded/pasted with high prismatic, sheet mannufactured by avery dennison or 3 M with desired letters /logos designed as directed the board shall be supplied with and including stainless steel frame made out of 25mm dia pipe in frame around duly welded with and including stainless steel sheet and stainless steel posts of 38 mm dia and full length of 2.20 m one side and 2.8 m other side complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate for fixing of boards with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 filling of size 45x45x60 cm to be incl in unit rate. (ii) The board should be written description as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, 4 sqmm 2 core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Automatic Street light Timer Switch using combination of NATURE SWITCH AND ANALOG TIMER (DUAL TYPE) for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light consisting with Sensor (Natural Switch) along with suitable power contractor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/ wall mountable enclosure made out of Rust proof, Electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction Box conforming to IP 54 protection of capacity 12 KW 3 phase 4 wire (3 separate power contactor) including all accessories and fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. REWIRING Taking down point wiring with aluminium conductor cable of light point fan & socket light & power complete including light fittings any type switches, sockets, ceiling rose, switch boards, bell/buzzer, bell push, tube light fitting, regulator etc, and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc to macth with existing surfaces including white washing/colour washing/ distempering to match with existing wall/floor/ceiling finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring 1100 volt grade single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor 1.50 sqmm drawn in and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 marked medium grade concealed in wall/ceiling including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm modular boxes sunk on wall for mounting of any type modular switches, switch sockets, fan regulator etc including modular cover with frame any size including dummy switches wherever required complete including dummy switches wherever required all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces for one light point controlled by one, one way switch, complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of cable provided from sub main DB to respective switch board in rooms shall be included in the quoted point wiring rate. All switches, fan, sockets, ceiling roses and holders shall be connected to common earth dolly. (ii) The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing box wiring shall be made good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with existing surfaces. The rate shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.

Supply & fix light fitting 9W bulk head luminaries with lamp holders etc complete with all accessories and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable suitable size of 230V, 50HZ complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED baton fitting 2' length including drivers having energy consumption, 10/11W ,230 V ,50Hz, 6500K, not less than 800 lumen prewired, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix building security light LED 25 W with Lumen O/P 1800 with driver with rated voltage 240 V, 50Hz,including mounting GI (made out of 25 mm dia light grade pipe 0.8 m to 1.2 m bent to shape including FI clamps nut bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnect and insulate electric supply wire and taking down carefully ceiling /exhaust /cabin/wall fans of any make and sweep dismantling blades, check for repairs required complete all as directed. Note: repairs /replacement of spares shall be carried out under appropriate items.

Hanging only ceiling fan of any make and sweep and connecting up including provision of cable of copper conductor cord 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed from ceiling rose to fan connector and testing, making of MES No complete all as specified and as directed. Note:The fan shall be fitted with new set of clamps rubber shackels split pins and top and bottom nuts bolts etc.

Opening up of fan motar of ceiling/exhaust/wall/cabin fans cleaning starter rotor, cleaning of all parts greasing oiling of bush and bearing reassembling and testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed.

Material and labour for taking down burnt /damaged winding, cleaning stator and rotor including slots etc, rewinding with suitable gauge of supper enameled copper insulated wire for ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for replacement of condenser AC 230 volts 2.5 MFD complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully geser/water of any make, type & size including disconnecting water connection plug water flow, for repairs and refixing the same to original position after repairs including decaling the inner tank and tubing and marking of MES No with synthetic enamel paint , black colour complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately as supply and fix under respective items of this schedule. (ii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inlcuded for any GI fitting, screwing, required during connecting/ disconnecting water supply

Supply and fix for thermostate any type, suitable for geyser, ISI mark complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for PVC threaded tough rubber flexible pipe/tubing of standard length 450 mm for geysers inlet/outlet connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for water heater element any type (cup/triangular/square) of capacity 1/1.5 KW complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Sl No 57 above but of capacity 2.0 KW (MAP accommodation type).

NOTE : SCHEDULE OF CREDIT (Amount on page No 44 shall be deducted offline from the total quoted amount to arrive at the net contract sum to be considered for acceptance [(-) Rs 29,187/- ].
