REPAIR MAINT OF SEWAGE LINE SEPTIC TANK MANHOLE STP INCL CLEANING WORK OF DRAIN IN RWA AND ZONE 7 AT NEW CANTT UNDER GE GANGTOK

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil for foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 but for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyound the first 1.50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in thick as in soft/loose soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast block masonary or precast concrete article built in cement mortar

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position such as pre-cast manhole cover or cover slab of septic tanks etc (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/Dismantling and breaking up of drain pipes (AC, PVC or SWR ) 110mm dia (Internal), set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/Dismantling and breaking up of drain pipes (AC, PVC or SWR or Reinforced cement concrete) 150mm dia (Internal), set in cement mortar including taking out from trenches and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surface, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (by using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manholes covers, drain cover etc including necessary form work and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Re-inforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded agg in plinth protection path/hardstanding/drain bed/ jhura bed finished cement concrete surfaces fair and even including forming construction joint filled with CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type C-2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded agg in path/hardstanding/steps/drain bed/ jhura bed finished cement concrete surfaces fair and even including forming construction joint filled with CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering in two layer (10mm thick each layer) in CM 1:4 and top layer with using water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even & fair with using extra cement complete all as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even & fair with using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (by using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes 150 mm bore, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (by using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes 110 mm bore, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains (internal dia pipe 150mm), making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I smooth finished, and reforming benching complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked sewage line 150mm bore by rodding with using sectional sewer rod / flexible sewer rod /steel rod or split bamboo stick throughly from both sides between adjacent manholes / inspection chamber to manholes of any depth and size including well flushing with water till clear flow of sewage line is observed including taking out sludge & other foreign particles from manhole & pipe lines and buried in earth pits and spreading of bleaching powder @ 1kg/sqm over the sludge before filling of earth in layer of 30 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Length of manhole to manholes shall be measured in these item. (ii) Cleaning of sewage line to be started from down stream side, in this operation some pipe line will be cleaned automatically and need not to be cleaned by rodding and the same shall not be measured for payment. (iii) The unit rate of the item shall be deemed to include the removal of sludge / waste water accumulated in manhole / inspection chamber due to cleaning of drain by rodding. (iv) Water required for cleaning the sewage line are the responsibility of the contractor and no extra payment will be made in this regard. (v) Cost of bleaching powder and lime deem to be included in unit rate.

All as per Sch A ser item No 25.00 above but sewage line of 100/110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed..

Cleaning of septic tank , soakage well of any size by removing of sludge from inside the septic tank and removing to a distance exc. 250m but not exc. 500m and buried the same in to earth pits including excavation of earth pits of required size & depth, depositing & spreading of sludge, returning in filling earth over sludge with bleaching powder @ 1 Kg/sqm and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m all complete as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earth to be filled in the pit over bamboo matting after sufficient absorption of liquid for a period of 48 hours and spreading of bleaching powder over the sludge before earth filling as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Cost of bamboo matting, spreading of bleaching powder and excavating the earth pit and filling earth etc shall be included in the unit rate as quoted and size of pit shall be made accordingly as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The measurement of sludge shall be taken as per size of earth pit with actual depth of sludge deposited in the earth pit after initial settlement of 48 hours.

Cleaning of blocked gully trap/floor trap etc of any size by rodding thoroughyly to manhole and well flushing with water after cleaning and including remove of sludge and other materials obtained from cleaning, garbage to a pit made for this purpose and filling upto the earth complete as as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockages of WHB, EWC etc of any size by rodding thoroughyly to manhole and well flushing with water after cleaning and including remove of sludge and other materials obtained from cleaning, garbage to a pit made for this purpose and filling upto the earth complete as as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blocked man holes upto 60cm depth by removing of sludge from inside and removing to a distance exc 200m but no exc. 500m and burried the same in to earth pits including excavation of earth pits of required size & depth, depositing & spreading of sludge, returning in filling earth over sludge and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m all complete as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate of the item shall be deemed to include the removal of sludge / waste water accumulated in manhole / septic tank / soakage chamber. (ii) Water required for cleaning the sewage line are the responsibility of the contractor and no extra payment will be made in this regard. (iii) Cost of bleaching powder and lime deem to be included in unit rate.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lacquer coated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 200mm x200mm x 25 mm/ 300 x 300mm x 25mm thick as in pavement/footpath/trade/riser, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment laid over and including screed bed/bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall, laid in trenches or in floor with all necessary clamps,bolts, bends, Tee etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall, laid in trenches or in floor with necessary clamps, bolts, bends, Tee etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for PVC(SWR) 75mm pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor with necessary clamps, bolt, bends, Tee all as specified and directed.
