REPAIR TO B/R WORKS IN E/M INSTALLATIONS AT AIR FORCE STATION CARNICOBAR

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone boulder / PCC block masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone works, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block wallings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in floors, laid in panels and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm with grey cement and pigment, hydraulically machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match colour of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder of guage not exc 63 mm deposited, spread, and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 60mm thickness M-35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick river sand cushioning, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator and with scratch proof lacquer coating on top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks using type C1(1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) ,size exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering on concrete or Brick works surface racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water, removing rubbish/debris etc complete all as specified and as directed.
